He knew, and said so, that the raccoon would either be down in the shop looking for a way out or in the trap the next morning. The raccoon was trapped on the metal roof till noon in 90 degree heat, despite my repeated calls to Scott and the office number, leaving urgent messages. The animal was shaking the cage and crying, that I could hear in the shop. Absolute radio silence from Critter Getters. Showed up nonchalantly around noon. Please use someone else that will use humane methods. There was no reason for the animal to suffer for hours needlessly.

(Installed in Spring with removal after end of season.) I was hoping for additional work that would include sealing off access but this was not offered.
