On windy days, I'm relieved when these young people don't show up to spray pesticide. But there's no courtesy call to reschedule. You don't hear from them until about three days later when you get an automated text. 8). No human interaction with someone in a responsive position. RECOMMENDATION: Don't use this impersonal, national chain. Call a regional family-owned business where you can build a trusting and consistent relationship.

He is the owner operator and couldn't have been nicer, very professional, and said we didn't even need a cage.
