After they were done, and then wiping excess water odd the car, I noticed that one side was still dirty so I asked the worker if they can clean it. He said he did and that's the best they can do, which was pretty crazy. I used my hand and got it off pretty easily but he said they don't do that. So I spoke to the manager and the manager said that they don't do that because it would take them hours to clean that side of the door. I showed them that it was simple to do with just my hand. I even said just give me the towel and I'll do it myself but they wouldn't even do that. I went home. Took a microfiber towel and essentially finished their job to clean off the side of my car. I was just so baffled because it's a car wash so I didn't think I was crazy expecting the car to be clean; and then to show them that it was easy to get out and wasn't anything ridiculous, and they still wouldn't do it. So it just felt like I was burning money and then having to fix their terrible job. I highly DO NOT recommend this place. You can probably do a better job hand washing it yourself than spending your money here.

I've always noticed this place with a few vehicles in line. I have not seen how crazy the lines could get but my wait was fast, only two cars being washed at once. I did avoid this place for a bit due to the scary reviews of improper vehicle handling and complaints but I was still recommended this place by word of mouth. The location was very convenient for me.The prices are not bad and it's really important that the staff doesn't make me feel uncomfortable if anyone here understand what I mean by that. It wasn't the best hand car wash I've had but $50 for the wash/tip got the job done.

Verbally harassed customers who were trying to seek help with their order and harassed a fellow worker who was trying to help customers out. The Dunkin Donuts cashier was very kind. I asked for a bag, but the person working there says it's .25 cents after I already paid while proceeding to talk to his coworker without even waiting for my response. I don't mind paying for a bag. However, it would have been nice to be asked if I would like one ahead of time so I can pay for everything at once. I ended up just walking out in the pouring raining holding my stuff in my hands. Luckily I live very close by but I doubt I will be returning.

One night I was stopping for some gas after work and I met Steve who is the manager. He noticed that my Murano was in need of some repair and gave me his card. I just had my car towed over there because my rear chassis snapped and one of my rear tires came off. Normally I would feel very nervous talking to a mechanic but he has such a nice way about him that I felt very comfortable. The shop is nice and clean and they show you what's wrong with your car when they put it on the lift. I love that! Please give them a shot! You won't be disappointed

This review is only for the self service car wash!…read more I come here infrequently to use the self service car wash bays and they're pretty good. The cost is $7 for 10 minutes where you can hose down your car and remove all the pollen and bird droppings. The car wash bays are pretty new and have nice dividers too so that it can somewhat prevent other bays from spraying water onto your side. I would recommend coming here for the car wash if you live around the area as it's not too crowded either. Would like to see them add some clips so I don't have to clean my floor mats on the ground. Caveat: There was a time where the machine wasn't taking any bills so I went to the cashier to get some quarters only to be told to walk over to the laundromat and get change there. I feel like they should have had quarters on hand or a way to manually start the machine rather than having me walk to another business to grab change.
