The guy was recommended to me by a neighbors cause I had an ABS issue with my car. I called them up to see if they have a recommendation for a tow truck no answer. I live down the street so I walked up. The guy at the front desk moved beyond slow and couldn't even recommend anyone locally for a tow truck. He didn't even know what a tow truck was and he seemed lost. I know, Night Shift guys pumping gas may not know who to recommend. I got a tow after hitting google and had the car dropped off. Spoke to the owner the following day at 7. Explain the situation with my car with the ABS lights. He told me he'll look at it at some point during the day. That I just gotta give him time cause he's jammed up and to call in the afternoon to see if they had a chance to check it out. I called at 1 o'clock and a lady answer the phone told me they were just about to put the car into the bay to work on and call back in about an hour. I call back in an hour. The owner picks up and start screaming at me like a lunatic. I've never been spoken to such a way in all my years working customer service and dealing with the public; he was screaming at me so much my boss could hear him over the phone and we were looking at each other horrified. Like I told him I understand you jammed up I was just told by the young lady you were bringing into the bay in an hour ago and call and see if you figure out what the issue was. I can't get off the phone. He would not let me get off the phone screaming at me for over a five minutes and how they still did it look at the issue on the car yet. I called him back later in the day as I'm about to leave work at 4 and I told him I just need to know if you have an idea what the issue is and if I have to make arrangements for the following day for a ride; and again screaming at me like a wild lunatic to only call me a half an hour later and they fixed the car quoted me 300 when I got there it went up to 500 and change. And again he kept yelling at me that I wasn't giving them time and how dare I call. I refuse to do business with them again and I do not recommend them to anyone there is no reason to speak to a human being that way to carry on like a psychopath and as it is, I gotta take the car now to another mechanic this morning cause the brakes aren't working after what they did. Very poor customer service attitude, and I am incredibly angry and disappointed in the way I was treated and spoken to and that the amount of money I spent I gotta still take my car to another Mechanic. If I could get this place a negative star I absolutely would. I would never do business with him again. I won't even get gas with them again. I've never dealt with such horrible customer service. read more

The team at T & S has been the most capable and honest I've worked with. They have gone above and beyond to make sure I was informed every step of the way with repairs and costs, which have always been fair. I just had all my suspension struts changed, not a small job. T&S has been my go to mechanic for last 14 years and the service has been top notch. My pickup truck was purchased new exactly 14 years ago they have been the only one to work and maintain it and that's why 14 years and 150,000 miles later it still drives like the day I bought it. My other car is 18 years old and still going strong because of them. They even repaired and maintained many of my boat and dump trailers over the years along with other family members vehicles. Although not the cheapest gas out of the service stations in the area along Newbridge Road (it is full service), their repair and service is far and away the best. Gus, the owner, always tells you honestly what the problem is and searches for the cheapest prices for the parts you need. This place is full service and was the same price cash or credit. I never have to wait when I pull in and the staff is friendly. The price for gas is always on the low end of the spectrum. It's a one of the smaller gas stations. I believe it only has 4 pumps. read more

We have been using Gus since we moved here in 2001 and I can tell you, he, his son and the mechanics they hire know what they are doing and will help you any way he can. Once, when the repair on my 7 year-old car was $1800 and I needed some time to pay, they put me on a payment plan. Gus or his son double check all work done, his prices are fair and they will go out of their way to find cheaper parts for you. You should never use a Jiffy Lube for an oil change because Gus' oil changes are only a few dollars more and you don't have to worry they will forget to put something back they removed. Like the oil. (Yes, that happened to me at a Jiffy Lube.) He's a neighbor, too, and his reputation is important to him. If you feel there's a problem, he will figure out a solution. He has always been kind and very friendly. s just to show you all the mechanics who work there have been there since I have known them. Highly recommend. read more

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER IN MY LIFE and all over a simple inspection for a 2 yr old car. I just left there and I am beyond upset over the way I was treated in this mechanic shop. I went in there for an inspection for a 2013 car. My husband told me it should only cost about $21 and change, but I was using my husband CC to charge it. Well, when it was finished, it was $37. which the owner didn't understand, I WAS FINE WITH, but i needed to call my husband to make sure it was OK for me to charge that, or to pay cash instead. But the owner got all uppity with me, raising his voice to me, telling me he did me a favor (not a sure how- i called and he said come in) by fitting me in and He is making NO money on me and he doesn't set the prices on the cars, the state does. I never questioned that (as in the price) I only was trying to call my husband before I charged is what I was telling him over and over again and he didn't seem to get it through to him (he was too busy ranting on and talking over me and NOT listening to what I was saying) HE was making an issue when their wasn't any. Even his SON apologized for his behavior/the way he treated me when his father walked out, then he came back again!! and was on and on and on (I was still on phone trying to reach my husband).. his son actually had to yell at him and tell him he has it under control, please leave. I think this was just appalling behavior and this man should be ashamed of himself for not listening to what I was saying and for treating a human being, especially a woman the way he did me. I used to use Nats auto which is their competition but he seems to have closed or maybe temp closed. I have never been treated this way by any mechanic, I have thick skin and this man actually made me CRY when I left. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, GO ELSEWHERE unless the son takes over which had much more patience and manners. I always got gas there and this was my 1st time using the shop. I dont even want to get my gas there anymore now. I would rather give my business to someone else. read more
