The temperature of the room was a little hot, the TV channels basic and the walls paper thin, you can hear everything. For an overnight or weekend stay it does the job. The real reason I'm giving this hotel a poor rating is because after checking out of the hotel, about an hour down the highway I realized I left my makeup mirror in the room. I immediately called the hotel to tell them that a family member who lives in town would swing by to pick up. They informed me they would check lost in found and call me back. No one ever called me back. I called a second time they gave me the same song dance, again no call back. My family member went ahead and showed up in person to pick it up and of course they told her it wasn't there. I know with 100% certainty I left the item behind. Sadly, this only means an employee chose to keep it aka stealing. My cousin uses this hotel for family to stay at when she has visitors in from out of town. This particular weekend we occupied 8 rooms . Due to this incident we will no longer be using this hotel as she has been informed of what took place. Horrible that people cannot be trusted. Do better Holiday Inn.
