After waiting until 7:30pm, I was told that I would have to go to the cedarhurst location for X-rays. . I mean talk about incompetency. I was seen by the provider who couldn't tell me anything unless X-rays are done so why waste my time seeing me ??? To transfer me to another location ? Nevertheless, I went to the cedarhurst location and the front desk staff was clueless as to why I was there ‍. I stood and explained why I was there and they decided (?) to see me. While waiting in the waiting room, at exactly 7:40pm, the front desk turn off the lights in their area and the tv in the waiting room because they were not accepting anymore patients . It gets better at 8pm, all the front desk staff was gone while there were atleast 3 other patients waiting in the waiting room. My mind was blown. Literally! I am not sure whose doing the hiring process or what they are trying to achieve but it's sure not patient satisfaction. Who manages these office ?! I manage a dermatology practice and if this is how my staff was, I would've been fired by now.

I was referred to him by a friend - so to say he met my expectations is a understatement. His staff are warm and welcoming. They provide with formula if needed- they book your appointments in advance. My daughter Summer is in the best care here - I love the waiting rooms being separated for children who are sick and who aren't. I could go on and on but this experience comes from 2 visits that were fast , thorough and informative!

While the doctor is actually good and knowledgeable, the administrative side of this practice is an absolute disaster and completely undermines the medical care. ​The service here is beyond horrible. Every single appointment involves a wait time that consistently exceeds three hours, which is a blatant disrespect for patients' time. To make matters worse, they charge for unnecessary services while failing to deliver on the basic documentation you actually need. ​The lack of professionalism and incompetence is staggering: ​Failure to Deliver: I visited twice specifically for a medical letter for my employer. Despite two in-person visits, numerous phone messages, and multiple emails, they failed to provide a usable document. ​Pure Laziness: When they finally sent a "letter," it was a generic template that hadn't even been edited. It literally said "Insert Patient Name" where my name should have been. This is not just unprofessional; it is negligent and unusable for any employer. ​Hostile Staff: The front office staff is rude, disrespectful, and completely lacking in basic customer service standards. Now I will say it was kind of weird walking through a mall to go have a mammogram. However the clinic itself looked like a high end medispa. From the waiting room filled with refreshments to the pretty pink robes you wear during your exam. However the best part about this place is the STAFF. Hands down the best! Mind you this was a scary process for me. After my repeat mammogram it was deemed I did needed a biopsy. Well I lost it. I broke down and was completely scared I had the "big C". The staff was so empathetic. They literally circled me and comforted me. One shared her personal scare with me and told me what to expect . Another reached out to clinic that would do biopsy to give the warm hand off. The tech herself gave me a hug and told me I would be OK. I am a very reserved person when it comes to my feelings but in that moment I was alone and scared and each one of those ladies were a girls girl.
