The office was large, and very inviting, that being said, my care, by PA Domenico was such a positive experience.

So urgently did what I had to do...Northwest Health-GoHealth right down road was the answer. When you walk in you sign in on an electronic tablet, which I suppose very convenient for you and them. Was greeted immediately with a smile and additional clipboard of needed detail on why your there. Literally within 5-10 minutes all was completed, co-payment and all. Shortly after that was directed to a large, spacious, clean, sterile room to wait for doctor. Initially medical tech takes you vitals and asks a bunch of generally questions. Figure another 5-10 minutes with that, then the pass off to the doctor. A quick efficient review of situation with doctor. All is confirmed and you are on your way with report page in hand and out of there in 40 minutes. Absolutely amazing!! I could wait 30 minutes or more in the regular doctors waiting room. Can clearly see why these type of locations have popped up just about everywhere. Experience was good and would recommend this location to others. In addition to going back again if need be.

He finally gave me his name after multiple requests that were responded with a no. His name is Roumani Abdelkrim I explained to him that i had a sinus infection, which is get several times a year. I also explained that the only treatment that works for me was an antibiotic His response was that he was the doctor and he will NOT give me antibiotic I tried multiple times to let him know about my previous history and each time he said he was the doctor and is not giving me antibiotic I told him that I was canceling the appointment and leaving As mentioned, he refused to give me his name until the receptionist gave me the name of the office manager Stay away from this place. there are many others to choose from that are actually interested in your well being instead of remaining an arrogant doctor

Everyone ignored them including staff there and the lady at the front desk was rude and denied them from any help which led to both of them leaving the clinic. I had been there a couple of days before and the front lady had assisted this older white male without having him fill anything out because he was stuck. My recent visit with Dr. Bhatt went well. He has great bedside manners and also asked me if I had any questions after giving his diagnosis. Very thoughtful and compassionate MD. I only gave a 4 because I'm attempting to follow-up about a note I received and it's very difficult to get in touch with anyone at the front desk. I left a message from this morning and haven't heard back from them quite yet. Nobody appears to answer the phone, only an answering machine. Hopefully I hear back from someone.

My experience with Goal Family Medical has been extremely disappointing and stressful. Today, I was…read moredenied service because of a $29.00 balance that I wasn't able to pay at the time. I'm currently out on maternity leave, and being turned away in front of other patients made me feel humiliated and brought me to tears. I understand that offices have policies, but the lack of compassion and flexibility was deeply upsetting. On another day, I had an appointment scheduled for 1:30 p.m. However, because the staff went back and forth with me about my balance and the receptionist failed to mention beforehand that I needed to list the doctor as my primary care provider, my check-in process was delayed. Then, I was told the office would be closing for lunch and that I could either leave or wait. I asked why they would schedule an appointment for 1:30 knowing they go on break at 2:00, but I didn't receive a clear answer. Another receptionist stepped in and said it was because I was two minutes late -- again, I had my newborn with me and was delayed due to parking at the office building. Most places offer a small grace period, but here there was none. This was especially frustrating because these appointments are very important to me. I was preeclamptic during pregnancy and suffered from eclampsia postpartum, so I still have serious health concerns that need to be monitored. Despite that, I felt like my situation and efforts to make it to these appointments were not taken into consideration at all. I no longer live on Long Island -- I drive from Queens just to see Dr. McGeachy -- and I have been a patient here since early 2024. Unfortunately, this wasn't my first disappointing experience with Goal Family Medical. When I was one month postpartum, I was running a few minutes late due to the rain, and it was also my first time traveling from Queens (I used to live in Freeport). The receptionist called, and I told her I was only about four minutes away. She said "okay," but when I arrived, I was told my appointment had been canceled. She could have told me that over the phone, and I wouldn't have been upset. That was only my second time out with my newborn, and it was very upsetting to be treated that way. Overall, my recent experiences with this office have left me feeling unsupported, dismissed, and unvalued as a patient. I truly hope the management and staff at Goal Family Medical take steps to improve their communication, compassion, and understanding -- especially toward new mothers and patients dealing with ongoing health issues.

Today marks one year since my husband died by suicide as a result of mental illness. I am not…read morewriting this to leave a negative review, but to offer reflection in hopes that it may encourage deeper awareness and responsibility in future patient care. When a patient presents in what is clearly a mental health crisis, asking whether they would like to go to the hospital is not enough. Providing a referral card to a psychiatrist is not enough. As a primary care physician, you are often the first line of defense -- not only for physical health, but for mental and emotional wellbeing as well. When my husband came into your office shortly before his death, he was visibly not himself. He was not the same man who had attended prior appointments. In that vulnerable state, what he needed most was urgent intervention, clinical discernment, and empathy. Instead, the response he received felt minimal and detached. My husband chose you as his primary care physician because he trusted you to care for him. The level of concern and compassion demonstrated during that final visit did not reflect the trust he placed in your care. It is my sincere hope that this reflection serves as a reminder: when a patient presents in crisis, particularly with mental health concerns, proactive action and compassionate engagement can be life-saving. "Sometimes the smallest step in the right direction becomes the biggest step in saving a life."
