At some point he recommended I get someone who has access to thermal imaging to see through a spot on a wall to see if there was water damage. (Isn't that what he was there for? Obviously, I could see the spot on the wall.) I also paid extra for RADON testing, and I never heard from him on that. Otherwise, he was friendly and provided a pretty thorough report (minus what was behind the spot on the wall and what the results were for the RADON test).

Steve is responsive and friendly. We would definitely use him again if needed. He performed a radon test as well. The roof was covered with snow at the time and Steve said he would come back to inspect the roof when it melted without charge.
