They arrived exactly when they said they would, and the inspection took exactly as long as they said it would, and I appreciated that they didn't waste anybody's time. The final report included in-depth analysis of potential issues, with supporting pictures, and the recommended solutions included a range of options, rather than just the standard "consult a contractor." In some cases, they included links to helpful DIY videos. Doug has done more than one inspection for me, and he has always been wonderful to deal with. Even better, he now has a female inspector on his team; since women buy property, too, I am happy to see that the services side of the business is diversifying. Additionally, they offer a concierge service via which they will help with transferring utility bills, and they also provide a warranty on their work. He installed a new door, frame and trim, realigned and fixed a front entry door and fixed a back garage door, plus repaired several other household items on my To-Do list. He did a great job! I hired him a second time as I needed an attic access door cut and installed in my garage, plus I needed him to seal off a ceiling in my utility room. Those panels have now been removed and I'm pleased to have them gone. The guys that did the work were prompt and polite. The owner worked with me on a complication and I am very pleased with how much he wanted to make everything work.
