Terrible Terrible experience. My husband's truck broke down in nearby Bend Oregon and it was…read moreunrepairable . He had all his camping gear and kayak. He went to online to find a used truck to purchase from a local Ford dealer which we figured was reputable . We were extremely wrong . The truck while beautiful on the outside was sold to us with a rear axle seal failure . We have tried contacting the dealer who wants nothing to do with this since we bought it . Their servicing department will not return the calls of our local service agent who wants to try and figure out why the warranty is not covering it that they sold us. We are heartbroken . We thought we had found a reliable Ford dealer and come to find out from the reviews I have found since our purchased shows us that this is certainly not true . I think anybody who purchased vehicles from here which there have been several and have had terrible experiences should start a class action lawsuit ! I am absolutely tired of not having phone calls returned service people giving us the runaround . No one ever being able to pick up their phone and speak to you about an issue that you're having . I am grossly unhappy and hope this dealership tanks . ​
