Once I got it back one day later I had to take it back because it wasn't working right. They said they fixed the leaks and problems to only have the car die one week later as I was driving to work. When we called and told them the damage that was done they didn't offer to correct it or give us our money back. They took our money, Kept the car too long, and are dishonest. I dropped off my truck on 3/2/2026 for a new stereo installation after explaining the week prior…read morethat my old stereo was cutting out and draining the battery. I was told to just drop it off on 3/2--no specific time was given. When I arrived at 9:30 AM, George didn't know who I was and said he had marked me as a no-show. That should have been my first red flag. I left my truck anyway and was told I'd get a text when it was ready. By 3 PM, I hadn't heard anything, so I called--only to find out it had already been done and no one bothered to notify me. When I picked it up, I was told the dashboard piece we had discussed the week before wasn't ordered and would take about a week. Two weeks later, I had to call again, and once again George had no idea what I was talking about--though somehow the part was there. I scheduled another appointment, and the same thing happened: no call or text when it was ready. We had to stop by, and my truck was just sitting in the lot. To make things worse, the stereo is still having the same issue--music cuts out randomly. I stopped in again on 4/3 and scheduled a follow-up for 4/9, but needed to reschedule. When I called, George again didn't know why I was coming in, put me on hold saying he was "under a car," and never returned to the phone call. I waited nearly 10 minutes before having to hang up and go back to work. I followed up with a text and never got a response. At this point, I'm done. The communication is terrible, the issue was never fixed, and I've had to make multiple trips for something that should have been handled correctly the first time. I just wanted a working stereo--not this level of hassle. I'll be taking my truck somewhere else.

The woman behind the counter immediately referred me to Andrew Morris to prepare a quote. He did a serious inspection of the damage, took several photographs, informed me that there might be invisible damage they they could discover while doing the repairs. He then proceeded to prepare a written quote. I was impressed with the professionalism of the inspection and the quote. The quote was reasonable; but, was missing a couple of critical elements. I seriously considered using Unique Collision Center for repairing my car; however, the insurance company and I agreed to use another shop.

I dropped it off on a Monday and it was completed by early Tuesday afternoon. I did have to get a rental car, but they were able to refer me to Hertz at the airport, which was literally across the street and received a good deal on a rental in the meantime. This will be my go to for all of my maintenance work.
