Had a blowout on highway, they met us out where we stopped and changed all 4 tires on our trailer; it took about an hour but considering the fact ( not counting if they did or didn't have another customer when we called ) they came to meet us out there; had the equipment needed on hand and called a tire delivery person to bring him 4 new tires and changed all 4?! We were driving from Flagstaff, AZ to the Vegas airport. A tire of our rented minivan went flat very fast on the freeway at 1:30 am, in the middle of nowhere. We called AAA, then called Enterprise Rent A Car road service. Enterprise said we needed to get our car towed since we didn't have a spare and and they would send a tow truck. It would take up to 90 minutes for the tow truck to show up. Ninety minutes passed and no tow truck. We had to call again and Enterprise said they would send another tow truck and it would take up to an hour. While we were waiting for the second tow truck requested, it must have been close to 4 am. (Note: We had a a 5 amish flight to catch in Vegas to go to California to attend a funeral) Around that time, a truck pulls up in back of us and asks if we need help. We thought it was the tow truck sent by Enterprise, but it wasn't. It was a tire service - Cross Tire Shop. We told him we were waiting for the tow truck and he offered to check out our flat tire. He said he could fix it. He patched up the tire in a timely manner and tested it. I asked what his name was. He said Jesus. Jesus saved us! We made it to the airport for three of us to fly out to the funeral in California. Roger, husband and father, drove the minivan back to California - a 9-10 hour drive and the tire lasted the rest of our band's tour and trip. Thank you Jesus and Claudio for stopping by to help us. Cross Tire Shop was amazing to work with and I'm grateful they saw us on freeway stranded. Jesus and his partner do really good work, were kind, and very helpful. This owner is the kindest, most generous people I have ever encountered. My family and I were stranded on the side of the road on 93 forty miles outside Kingman with a blown tire. We had a spare but no jack and were stuck. He passed us with his mobile repair truck, circled back and stopped. He offered to put the spare on for us even though I only had a small amount of cash on me to offer him. He said it was no problem he just wanted to help! Kind good hearted people do still exist!!! We had a blowout on our new Brinkley Z Air 285 on US 93. We called Coach-Net and they sent "Cross Tire Shop" to rescue us. The owner showed up in less than 30 minutes from the call. He was kind and courteous and quickly swapped our trailer tire, checked the air pressure on all the trailer tires and had us back on the road again in just over 30 minutes. A big wow for me was he also waited till we were on the road again and followed us till we were up to speed. Great customer service. read more

When my tire was shredded by a pot hole on 93 late Saturday afternoon on the way to Las Vegas north of Kingman a few miles south of Dolan Springs, AAA sent us Terry from A&G Towing who towed us to Jesus Ornelas's Cross Tire Shop in Dolan Springs. Jesus mounted a good used tire for a very reasonable price ($67!). We were soon on our way again to Vegas, and then back to Phoenix safely two days later. Jesus saved our weekend for us, and we are very grateful to him. read more
