I had never had something appraised before so this was all new for me. My experience here was great! The gemologist/jewelry appraiser explained the design, quality and specifics to the piece of jewelry. He then presented me with a jewellery appraisal dossier consisting of all the specifications and a picture of the item for insurance. Would highly recommend.
