Nate Plum of Plum Solutions LLC checks all the boxes. Nate advised us on tile selection, trim, and even patched some drywall areas for us. Also, his installation and know-how are second-to-none. He had all the right tools for the job, was organized, a pleasant individual to talk to, and cleaned up everything at the end of each day. At one point, we removed tile to discover an exposed electrical box from the prior owners hidden in the wall. While most any bootleg tradesman would just cover back over it again with tile, Nate strongly urged us to have it professionally handled so he could continue. The project was plagued by delays and excuses, including personal issues and inclement weather and not competed unti mid September 2025. Despite full payment, the completed work is of poor quality, and we have reason to believe that Zac Mumaw has engaged in deceptive business practices as he hasnt provided us with bond info for the job, receipts that are required because they hold the warranty for materials, and has ghosted us and stopped all communication, etc. Photographs of the substandard work are attached, highlighting issues such as damaged gutters, a compromised roof, and faulty doors. We have sought legal advice and warn others to be cautious when dealing with this contractor.

I asked some questions regarding how walls were sealed and the materials used. Dali answered all of the questions and agreed to my requests. He prepared each day with floor coverings and counter protectors. His install included rerouting some water and electric lines. He completed it with care. Plywood walls were hung, taped and sealed. He installed a new shower pan, shower walls, faucet, then shower doors. He never seemed rushed, but continued working. He demonstrated phenomenal workmanship and superior work ethics. He did everything promised and sought our approval throughout the entire project. He was respectful, pleasant and knowledgeable. He ended each day with cleaning up.
