Terrible customer service, DO NOT USE! Parents were long time customers and recently had an ordeal…read morewith getting the correct carpet from this business. First it was measured wrong, then it came from two different rolls, then it had large sections of striped hard patches, then they sent someone to steam it. All the while the CUSTOMER had to keep repeatedly following after the continued mistakes on their part. ZERO communication and we're completely indifferent. The final slap in the face a $50 gift card. THE WORST

My wife and I are big on supporting local businesses. We went to Bob & Pete's and explained we…read moredidn't want to have to constantly deal with cleaning dirty grout. We were told and sold an "epoxy grout" product that "would never shrink, discolor, or have to be dealt with" The person explained it was non-porous like caulk. I researched epoxy grout and it's wonderful reviews. We purchased over $8,000 worth of tile and grout to be installed in our kitchen, half bath, hallway, and laundry room. I personally sealed every inch of grout after the installation per the installers instructions. Less than a year after the install the grout began to brown. I reached out to Bob and Petes to inquire and Bob was nice enough to come by and explain he "couldn't go back in time" and we didn't have epoxy grout installed. He recommended I pay to have it professionally cleaned which I did for $300 after two years installed. The local cleaners couldn't restore the original color or lighten the current and said they would not take my money again next year. We are not facing a $15,000 bill to have the floors and grout removed and done correctly with the product we wanted and were sold originally. Before the floors can be re-done, all of my (freshly installed) quarter round and trim must be removed, toilet, sink, dishwasher, fridge, stove, washer & dryer. Last time I spoke with Bob he said he spoke to the employee and they said they never said anything to us about such a product so apparently my wife and I imagined those details and specific information before spending thousands of dollars at their business. He then said "I needed to adjust my expectations when it comes to grout" For the record, my expectations were set by the Bob & Petes employee who said the following "would never shrink, discolor, or have to be dealt with" They are supposed to be the knowledgable flooring professional, not me. Beyond disappointed and we will support knowledgeable businesses who value customer service before we support local in the future.

I stopped into Heritage Carpet to try to match carpet I purchased over nine years ago from a…read moredifferent store. I was greeted upon entry and asked if I needed help finding something. I showed a carpet sample and shared the name of the carpet. Since it had been so many years, the employee wasn't sure if that specific carpet was still being made, but she immediately walked to the appropriate section and began pulling carpet boards. We found a carpet sample that was a close match, then she thought of one more possibility. It was an exact match! She was very patient and helpful. We haven't had carpet installed yet, so I can't comment on that. At this point though, I would without hesitation go back to Heritage for my flooring needs.

Heritage flooring installed this flooring for the previous owner of our house (a 95 year old woman…read morewho lived alone) in 2021. When my husband and I purchased this house in 2024, the flooring was already coming apart, so we knew it was already an existing issue. In Summer 2025, we called Heritage Flooring because they had left a magnet behind on the refrigerator and we assumed they were the ones who installed the floor. They told us they did the flooring in 2021 and we asked if they could possibly repair it for us. They ASSURED us this was high quality flooring and that they would fix it. So after we PAID for the repair (that included their labor and a box of new tile), it started coming apart almost immediately. So after another year of us sliding it back into place, we called and Denny told us that it would be a repair of a repair and that flooring doesn't last for 5 years. I don't know what world a "professional" flooring company like Heritage Flooring lives in, but flooring should absolutely last more than 5 years. And i wouldn't consider this a "repair of a repair" because we PAID to have it completely fixed ONE year ago. He also informed me, a 34 year old man with common sense, that the sub floor could be getting wet, i could be mopping my floor and making it split apart, and gave me 100 other excuses as to how WE broke the floor. I am not just spilling puddles of water onto my floor and leaving it. The floor is coming apart in the same exact spot they repaired ONE year ago. Denny also assured me, before he hung up on me, they have been in business for 40+ years in North Canton multiple times. IDGAF how many years you've been in business. Your installation is crap. Maybe it's time to pack it up and retire from the business since you don't stand by your quality of works
