My first day with the keys I realized the kitchen counter was not at all attached to the kitchen counter and there was a leak in the pipes underneath the kitchen sink. After living there for two days the handle to the shower faucet broke off completely - this might not have been something he could've caught but I feel like as an inspector you would typically have a better eye than the average person for things like that. Although I did think that Brian was good at explaining everything, I was just a bit disappointed to find these things immediately.

These guys are top notch! Our home inspection was incredibly thorough. Following inspection, we were provided with a very detailed report (with pictures) of defects, the severity of the defects, and recommended action needed to rectify them. As well we were provided with general home maintenance literature. Ryan had a small audience to deal with as he performed our inspection.
