While I have no issue following club hygiene rules, the way it was handled was disappointing. A staff member approached me condescendingly in front of other members and, most concerningly, used my name to confront another member ("Mark wants you off your phone"), which I felt was a breach of privacy and an attempt to incite conflict between members. When I reached out to management to discuss this, my membership was simply terminated the following day--right after my monthly dues were processed. After 6+ years of support, I expected a conversation, not an immediate ban. Pros: Good equipment. Cons: Management does not value long-term loyalty or professional conflict resolution.

I feel better than ever and am seeing results like I never have my whole life. He is not just my mentor for exercise but also for my diet and my general health and well being. He is so confident and driven that I enjoy going every time, it's never a chore. His gym is private so you will never have to be sharing equipment or rubbing shoulders with other people you don't know. It's just you and him in a gym focused on your workout. If you want to get serious about getting fit call Colin and show up, take that first step and he will keep you going until you hit that goal. I 100% recommend this trainer.

Didn't have to wait for anything I needed (although I did come a bit later in the evening and wrapped up close to closing time). I love how clean this place is, and that they provide towels to wipe things down rather than wipes or paper towels. If I lived in Canmore, I would be a member at this gym. Will definitely be back if I'm in the area again!

This local size neighborhood (plenty of space, not crowded together) gym was next to the resort (joke gym) I was staying at with my pro level fitness competitor fiancé. I was tasked with the job of finding a gym to meet her needs. After talking to Chad (owner) we walked over and met with him. He is very proud of his facility and for good reason. CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN, well maintained, great equipment for cardio and resistance training and very large open space/area(rubber floor) for stretching and plyometrics. We did a 1 week deal at a reasonable price with 24 hour access. Cardio equipment is situated facing large windows with views of Three Sisters Peaks. All machines were functioning 100% and clean. Resistance training area- Rogue Free weights and benches, dumbbells up to 150LBS. Lots of Hammer Strength selectorized machines. Basically anything a serious gym rat would want. All in like new condition. For the woman everything and more you need for glutes and legs! YES 2 squat racks and one Smith! Leg presses,hacks ........ Only missing members required to use/bring a sweat towel. Wish I had a gym like this in my home town.

WARNING: Stay Away From This Establishment!…read more They hired an incompetent employee who had no idea what she was talking about and completely misrepresented the contract that I signed. Then, they fired the employee because of all the complaints they received but did nothing to correct any of the mistakes she made. Their employee told me that it was a flat $50 cancellation fee; not true, they require proof of relocation and 30 days notice PLUS a cancellation fee. She told me that the key fob was a $60 deposit that I would get back; not true, you PURCHASE the key fob for $60. At the end of the day, when I tried to cancel my contract, according to what THEIR employee told me, I should have simply paid $50 and been done with it, and I should have got my $60 back for the key fob. As it stands, I finally got the contract cancelled but now I'm on the hook for an additional month of dues, a cancellation fee, and the $60 for the key fob. I understand that I am the one who signed the contract, but excuse me for taking their employee at face value that she knew what she was talking about and not reading through the dense fine print myself. How many of you can honestly say you would? After going in to talk to the management, they are not willing to make any of this right. I believe that it is completely unethical to hold me responsible for their poor hiring and/or training practices. I strongly urge you to avoid this establishment at all cost.
