He is so confident and driven that I enjoy going every time, it's never a chore. His gym is private so you will never have to be sharing equipment or rubbing shoulders with other people you don't know. It's just you and him in a gym focused on your workout. While I have no issue following club hygiene rules, the way it was handled was disappointing. A staff member approached me condescendingly in front of other members and, most concerningly, used my name to confront another member ("Mark wants you off your phone"), which I felt was a breach of privacy and an attempt to incite conflict between members. When I reached out to management to discuss this, my membership was simply terminated the following day--right after my monthly dues were processed. After 6+ years of support, I expected a conversation, not an immediate ban. Pros: Good equipment. Cons: Management does not value long-term loyalty or professional conflict resolution.
