The workouts are all varied so it is a complete body workout leaving you exhausted at the end of EVERY session. This is not place to come to watch TV and pretend to "work-out" I have been working with Scott who is one of the trainers. He is knowledgeable, patient, and truly knows how to push you to the next level of fitness. Just in the last 4 sessions I have had with him, I feel like a new person. The atmosphere is welcoming and all the members are friendly and encouraging. They even have weekly social events and have almost a small family or community feeling. Overall, CrossFit Beloit is an phenomenal facility with outstanding coaches that is affordable and provides the most complete exercise regimen for any skill level.

Come to mention it, I don't think I've ever seen a cleaning person cleaning the locker room when I've been there. Could be due to hire someone to maintain the cleanliness. As far as the steam room, seems it needs to be shut down for a good deep cleaning with lots of bleach to get rid of that smell. So overall, good but could be great with a refresher so we can actually enjoy the amenities they have to offer!
