Kristen Smith took care of my Introductory Classes for CF and I realized she is one of the best trainers I worked with, very attentive, very detailed specific, and most of all have a zeal to help the trainees and give her 100%. I heard Kristen can even do Goal Planning for each Trainee, Isn't that amazing. Group sessions were simply great, Charles and JD were the Trainers that I worked with so far and they were very Professional, they know how to get the results out of your workouts. The Workout of the day is planned before the session so trainees can know what they can expect from a session, so we can prepare for the session mentally and physically. I cannot wait to be part of this Gym community and looking forward to working with other Trainers as well. The coaches are knowledgeable without being cocky and they truly help you learn the ins and outs of CrossFit (which I was surprised at how much of a science it really is)!
