They give great coaching and direction and will provide options to accommodate injuries or limitations. Their classes are a unique blend of strength, cardio and hiit but the foundation is weight training. Each day has a focus and flows into the next so you train evenly and don't risk overtraining any particular body part. They have a separate LIT area where they offer yoga, body pump, dance sweat and Pilates classes. Members get all of this for a price that is less than just about every group fitness studio in the area. They smartly located a bit off the beaten path but super convenient to get to from all the surrounding neighborhoods in central bucks county so your membership fee isn't going to pay for rent in an expensive shopping center. This place is a "diamond in the rough". Finally, you will see your neighbors and friends here and if you don't know anyone you will quickly be welcomed into the Bria community. No pretentiousness... just normal people trying to optimize their fitness. Give it a try you won't be sorry.

I would like to preface this review by saying that this was my very first experience with crossfit…read more I knew very little about crossfit, what it entailed, how much physical and mental determination it would require. I initially chose CFVF because it was convenient to work. The "box" is located inside of the Aspiring Champions complex in KOP. I've been attending CFVF for almost a year now and this has been the best experience of my life. I attend classes 4 days a week and the changes I have experience over the past year have surpassed my expectations. The coaches are ALL amazing! They are friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They exemplify what it means to be leaders. The guys are great and they know there shit! With that said, they maintain a light-hearted, encouraging atmosphere, even when the workouts are kicking my ass! The other patrons of the gym are also very nice and welcoming. There is an amazing sense of comaraderie that you don't find in other fitness facilities. I attend class in the early AM and it is never too crowded. The small class size makes it feel as if you have a personal trainer. If you are considering crossfit and have access to CFVF, I would highly recommend trying them out. Again, I chose this particular gym because it was convenient to work, but I can tell you that if I ever left my job in KOP, I would still attend CFVF, eventhough I live in center city. Yes..I said it. I would still go out of my way to attend CFVF even with the horrendous traffic on 76!

I flew out to KoP for 2 weeks on business and decided to check out CFVF while I was out there. The…read morecoaches are great and well experienced. Having been to 6-7 boxes, I've learned that coaches make or break the box. The coaches knew what they were talking about and were able to explain the movement mechanics well. They really focused on form and technique which is extremely important to me. The members of the box were also super friendly. Honestly, the box felt like my home box (Crossfit Central Houston) - that's how comfortable they made me feel. During my 2 weeks at CFVF, I got my first pistol, PR'ed my 5RM OHS, and climbed my first rope. I don't know if it was something in the water over there or what, but it was a solid 2 weeks of firsts. I can't wait to go back to CFVF the next time I'm in the KoP area.

this is for those considering f45:…read more so ive never done any fitness class of any kind before. i was strictly a runner and joined a gym many years ago. i saw this location and knew the brand was growing in the us. i bit the bullet and joined.... my initial worry was waking up at 5 but that has been MUCH easier than i thought because i LOVE everything about F45. also what i really appreciate, and hope HQ keeps pushing, is that it is for everyone. my class is very diverse in age/skill. everything station can be modified and everyone works at their own pace pushing themselves as they can ive been doing it for 2-3 weeks now. what i realized im really paying for is the variety, the workouts that are planned (and the same across the globe), and the discipline. prepaying for something is a brilliant motivator for me. i love that every single day is different and 95% of the time the stations are different. you will work out muscles that you may unintentionally ignore. you will sweat every. single. time. i love that they mix up days by cardio and resistance. i've ONLY heard that orange theory can get boring/repetitive but i have no clue. crossfit seems a bit aggressive but again zero experience. the coaches are AMAZING AMAZING. they not only positively encourage but also check form. its not like the military where they yell at you till you puke.... also the space is bigger than most f45 places ive seen online. AND THEY CLEAN IT. ive seen it repeatedly i tell people it reminds me of PE class in grade school because i always looked forward to that time and it was always a surprise what we were going to do. end of the day, like most things in life you only get out what you put in. on top of it, you're going to pay for this so you might as well get your money's worth.

It can get a bit crowded at peak hours, but don't let that deter you from an incredible gym. For $30 a month, I get 24-hour access, free classes (except pole which is $5 a class), a great assortment of equipment and an overall inspiring atmosphere. They have a great option for virtual classes when there aren't any scheduled staffed classes, which is great for when you are an early riser and are craving a good yoga or Zumba class. They've got really fun and creative classes and are always happy to help if you have a question. The facility as a whole, including the bathrooms, is very clean. Free WiFi is offered to members, and they have a great selection of personal trainers. I specifically work with Emily, and I couldn't be happier. On my first meeting with her we sat down and I told her a lot about my life. I told her I was considering getting back into running, most specifically in 5k races. By the end of our session she told me to go home, find a 5k I wanted to train for and that she'd complete it with me. I've never met someone I was more excited to work with in terms of my fitness training. If you're looking for a non-judgmental, friendly, hard working gym, I highly recommending trying out AF!
