Manic Training Fort Collins is now my new home 3 to four days a week. I drive from Windsor for 20 min. To attend the class, I am so hooked now I'll probably drive 60 miles. The owner/coach Craig is top-notch. The gym is very welcoming and extremely clean, and the numbers are all very supportive, kind, and helpful. I am 56, and I am in the best shape I've been in years. I can do things that I couldn't imagine doing five years ago. Attending this class helps me enjoy my weekend activities without pain and injury. The most important thing I found is I have less pain and more energy than I've had in years. I would highly recommend this gym. It's home to many people!!

Another trainer I spoke with, as well as some members, made excuses for his unprofessionalism, chalking it up to his personality. I found this to be unacceptable, and discouraging seeing as you can't attend this gym without dealing with Craig. So, for those who value integrity and decency, you won't find it at Manic Training.

I love the flexibility of locations, but this one is go to location based on my home base. The coaches are amazing, supportive, and motivate you to keep moving at your own level. I never feel intimidated by my peers and I'm at a very average athletic level. I also enjoy their themed days, but I dread milestone days. I still try to show up and the coaches are cheering you on the whole time. A great full body workout for those who need a little guidance or an extra push.
