After repeatedly mentioning this to them I have given up. There are times when my schedule only allows for their working hours and at this point when I take a class when they are there I always regret that I did. I love that they are a tight-knit community that still manages to be so incredibly warm and welcoming towards new folks (like myself). They even do a monthly free workout called their "Friends and Family Day." I've been going to a gym for about a year and a half now 5x a week but was looking for something different that could challenge me and make me sweat. Vitality has been exactly that thing! They have 30 minute and hour workouts depending on what your preference is (30 mins is HIIT and 1 hr is more about strength and conditioning). All the trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and are awesome at pushing you and motivating you. I also like that they work with you on perfecting your form while doing exercises and movements so you prevent injury/maximize your effectiveness. I don't have great knees and when I let the trainers know that, they did a great job at modifying some of the exercises so I could still get a great workout in while remaining safe. They gym is super clean and they have tons of equipment that is in good condition. I also love how LGBTQ friendly the gym is which is a huge deal to me. Eduardo also gave me great advice on nutrition, supplements, and equipment to help with training. When I sprained my ankle, Eduardo adjusted our sessions to accommodate it. We switched to circuit-style training and I still made strength progress and beat my one-rep max weights.
