Hotworx is THE ONLY workout that works for me! The infra red saunas help me burn the fat right off!…read moreThe easy and convenient app to schedule your workouts is hands down, AMAZING! Whenever I don't have time to go... I just do a 15 minute HIT workout like hot cycle or hot blast! ! And then when I have more time, I do one of their several options for ISO workouts! I used to get bored easily with a gym...I hated thinking about what I was going to do and how I would look compared to others who have been working out forever! Well, with Hotworx, you usually have your session to yourself in a sauna! It is also relaxing...and I credit it to helping me get off blood pressure pills! I LOVE HOTWORX!!!!!!!!!

I feel like every time I come into this location the owner is always working! I mean this in the…read morebest way because you hardly see owners that are that passionate about the companies that they own and being so personable with customers. The owner truly goes out of her way to make you feel welcomed and before I was even a member she offered me multiple VIP cards to come in and make sure I liked the facility before I actually signed up. The owner went out of her way to call me and check on me and ask me questions to get to know me better as well as see what I did or did not like, and asked if I had any questions. I work in healthcare and I really thought it was even more sweet that the owner was accommodating to my schedule and trying to help me out with being on a budget offering me ways that would work with my budget while still being able to take care of myself and do a little bit of self-care. There are a lot of these locations but I would drive out of my way to come to this one because of how welcoming and personable the owner as well as all the staff that she hires are. I do know she owns a second location in rock Hill and I can only imagine that the team is just as amazing

When I first got back into the gym, post-covid, out-of-shape, I loved the concept of Orangetheory…read moreand was excited to try it. However, my body was not prepared for the intensity of the workouts. The treadmill running was particularly tough on an old foot injury. The instructors absolutely offered modifications to ease my foot woes, but my competitive nature didn't want to participate if I couldn't go all out. Fast forward 2 years later, I'm in much better shape physically and I decided to give it another go. The biggest challenge for me this time wasn't the workout itself, but rather to acknowledge my own limitations, resist my competitive nature, & heed alternatives to running - like walking on an incline OR using the strider. I enjoyed Orangetheory so much more this go-around, it's truly a great full body workout. I personally love the built-in variety, since you will always rotate between rowing, strength and treadmill work. If your goal is to maximize your one-hour at the gym, enjoy a mix of cardio & strength training, and burn a ton of calories, Orangetheory will deliver results. I had the three day trial and went to try my second day. The first time was a great experience,…read moredropped the kids there and everything. The second time not great. I showed up and the front desk proceeded to tell me it's three CONSECUTIVE days. I thought I must have overlooked it but upon checking the pass and the website, I can't find anywhere where it says that. So my first issue of that's the case is it should be made more clear. I then decided I had come this far and would eat the ten dollar one time charge. Was meeting a friend there to workout like the first time. And our kids would play together. The front desk the stopped me and said sorry, we can't take your kid unless you have a membership. Look, it wasnt the end of the world but it was a waste of time. .I'm surprised they did not make an exception as it ses clear it's not a liability issue it's a money issue. Anyways, I'd just try to. More clear on that. I was l close to cancelling orange theory in lieu of CF but given that I couldn't even get a hold of an actual person at the location to discuss it seems that avoiding clients is the MO

I have been going to club fitness for quite a few years. I really do love it. I go to the back…read morefirst and use the weight machines and then I come up front to use the cardio equipment. I sweat a lot and i'm trying to lose weight. But I have noticed in the last six months that the fans are on higher in the back , where the weight machines are , and they're almost totally off in the front where the cardio equipment is. I have talked to a couple employees about turning the fans up and they were able to do that. Today I decided I was going to talk to a manager and somebody else?( who i'm not sure if he's a manager or not.) I told them my situation. The manager said that he could not just do that because I asked. He said that what happens when somebody asked to turn the fans down? I also am a member of planet fitness, and their fans are the bomb no matter where you are in the building. The manager today told me that he had to ask the upper echelon if he could turn the fans on , I call b******* on that. The\nOther thing is that the main manager never smile and is not friendly. So if you're thinking of joining a gym and you're trying to lose weight and you sweat a lot , I recommend going to planet fitness!

I think I've been here enough times to give this place a review…read more I recently moved to the area and was looking for a new gym. I know there's a lifetime nearby too but it's so ridiculously overpriced and I don't use all the amenities to validate going there (having been a previous member). I love that wild horse is just a 6 minute drive from the house. It's usually the hardest part of going to workout - getting there, but it's so easy and there's always a parking spot open close to the door (since weather is in single digits!!) I'd say I go during odd hours since I have a hybrid work schedule. 11:30-2pm have 12+ people but it's never too crowded that I have to wait for a machine to be free (excluding today where everyone collectively decided to workout arms like me!) and 4-6p is when it gets a little busier, I bet due to people getting off work and wanting to get their workout in. Machines are clean as well as locker rooms. Towels are always available once you walk down to the floor or hit up the locker room to put your stuff away. There are cubbies where you can quickly stash your belongings as well. There are also jacket hooks in the locker room for colder seasons. The staff are all nice and friendly! The members are too! There's a wide array of machines for every muscle or variations of ones you've probably seen at other gyms. A ton of life fitness machines, free weights, cables, treadmills, ellipticals, stair masters, you name it, they've got it! Couples membership is around $130/month plus $100~ sign up fee Worth it to stay or get in the best shape of your life!

They're great for stretching, yoga, barre, and are typically not crowded. You should definitely check out this gym! Ps the patio is great!
