I'm extremely thankful for them. It's a big family of members; everyone is really friendly, and willing to help which is what solidified my decision to join. TJ and Virginia are always upgrading the facility, adding barbells, ring rows, and tons more. If you live in the area, make sure to drop in, you might just end up joining.

Finding a gym away from home can be daunting when you're travelling, but the coaching here has been superb. Warm-ups are extensive and well focused, all the movements in the workouts are demonstrated and practiced before the workout, and the coaches are extremely encouraging and helpful. I saw CrossFit Chattahoochee as they were first building out the facility and stopped by to check it out. Even though they were busy building out the equipment and laying the flooring, they stopped to talk to me and invite me back for class once they were ready to go. During my first class, the coach pointed out several improvements in my form that my previous coaches had never recognized. I knew right then that this was going to be the change I needed to take my fitness to the next level. I dropped my previous gym and signed up with CFC and it has been the best year in my personal fitness. We have a phenomenal group of coaches (Mike, Andres, Justin and others) and are led by an amazing head coach, Steve Lewter. These coaches don't just teach but are CrossFit athletes as well. From the recent college athlete to the 40 year old who hasn't lifted weights since high school (ME) to the 60 year old grandma, the coaches at CFC do everything possible to allow you to perform to your potential. i couldn't be happier to be a part of the CrossFit Chattahoochee family.
