It's something better--it's a supportive, tight-knit community of fitness enthusiasts who show up for each other every day and push through an intense 45-minute to 1-hour session together. The trainers aren't celebrity icons, but that's the best part. They're real, down-to-earth people who are incredibly fit and deeply knowledgeable about what they do. They motivate, guide, and genuinely care about your progress. If you live in or around the area, joining Stage 3 is honestly a no-brainer. The gals at the front desk are friendly, check in is easy, and the studio is clean. Levi, their head coach is one of the best lead coaches I've met. As a powerlifter, he has helped adapt the weight floor routine to my specific needs. I've had issues at a *few* studios when the coach demands I follow the weight floor routine exactly. If I'm lifting 2 or 3 plates on a barbell, small weights just don't help me. This location understands that, is flexible, and willing to work with me to maximize my workout benefit. I have yet to visit a spa, but that is on my list for the future! This Peachtree Corners location is no exception. My son and I traveled to ATL for the PPA pickleball championships this past weekend and we pretty much spent every waking hour at this facility from Thursday when we arrived until late Sunday night when the tournament was over. We spent the majority of our time either playing pickleball or watching pickleball (both on the indoor and outdoor courts due to some rain), but the facility did a great job (along with the PPA) in navigating the large crowds and keeping the tournament going. We enjoyed some food from the cafe, the locker rooms, and of course the courts and the rest of the grounds as well. We were lucky to be traveling with a friend who purchased VIP Parking, so that was a nice touch... and medaling in some of our events helped make the experience even more fun too! Shoutout to Suzanne on the Life Time pickleball staff! If I lived in the area, I would definitely be spending time here more often - likely taking advantage of open play... I started CrossFit at another local gym but after a year and a half, I was not happy with the…read moreprogramming or the coaching. I saw CrossFit Chattahoochee as they were first building out the facility and stopped by to check it out. Even though they were busy building out the equipment and laying the flooring, they stopped to talk to me and invite me back for class once they were ready to go. During my first class, the coach pointed out several improvements in my form that my previous coaches had never recognized. I knew right then that this was going to be the change I needed to take my fitness to the next level. I dropped my previous gym and signed up with CFC and it has been the best year in my personal fitness. We have a phenomenal group of coaches (Mike, Andres, Justin and others) and are led by an amazing head coach, Steve Lewter. These coaches don't just teach but are CrossFit athletes as well. From the recent college athlete to the 40 year old who hasn't lifted weights since high school (ME) to the 60 year old grandma, the coaches at CFC do everything possible to allow you to perform to your potential. i couldn't be happier to be a part of the CrossFit Chattahoochee family.
