The reason I am giving them the one start review is that they would not stop charging my credit card after I cancel my membership. You shouldn't really be making money if you are not providing any service after all. Terrible experience to have to cancel my card in order to get rid of them. The childcare staff here are very inexperienced and lack the proper training to work with children of different needs. While I absolutely care about the safety of all children, there is no excuse for the way situations are handled here. Nearly every visit, within just 10 minutes of arriving, I am asked to remove my child -- which is both unreasonable and unprofessional. My son is autistic, and while he may express himself differently at times, that should be met with patience and proper training, not exaggeration or dismissal. The overall environment is unwelcoming, and I would not recommend this gym to parents looking for reliable childcare. read more

This is a great gym as far as equipment and staff. It gets pretty crowded during certain seasons or times because I think there just isn't enough other options for the area, but still great. Definitely nice people here and it had a comfortable atmosphere. It's not an equinox, but it's also not priced like an equinox. read more

The gym is fine. The people are helpful and friendly. However, the sauna at 180° was too hot for me. Setting up an account on the app was horrible. When you want to enter your birth date, up pops a window with this month on it. You have to go back screen by screen, which in my case was over 900 screens on my phone. No way to enter it manually. And if you accidently press a date while sliding screens, you can't correct it. You have to start over. So long Bodyplex. read more

We looked at a few gyms in the area and decided to sign up for BODYPLEX and I am so happy we did. We were treated horribly at a different gym in the area so we were pleasantly surprised to see how welcoming and hospitable the staff at this gym were when we walked in. I've met the owner and I was pleasantly surprised to see that he was genuinely interested in my honest thoughts about his establishment. I've been a member of incredible gyms in Florida but the owners never really voiced that they cared or valued my opinion so it was nice to see that this owner really wants his guests to feel welcomed and appreciated. The staff gave us a tour of the gym and outside of the fact that the gym is gorgeous I walked past the fitness class area and saw a young lady who I now know as Tatiana teaching Zumba and I knew I had to sign up. We did and they definitely have not disappointed. In regards to price, it's around the same as what I've paid at other gyms in the past. We did a family package which is really cool. If you have multiple people ask about that package. Oh! And they have daycare with exceptionally caring staff and this really cool parents night out option on Fridays. My toddler loves the movie theater they have in the play room. That alone will keep me coming to this gym. My husbands excitement had to do with the equipment they had in the strength training area. He was very happy with the fact that they had free weights unlike another gym that I initially wanted to join. Another plus for me is how they have the equipment and rooms organized. I love that the cardio portion of the gym is on the second floor with the cycle room. They also have two training rooms (one on each floor) which I utilize for my HIIT workouts. I would give you an entire literary tour but the best advice I can give is to stop in and see it for yourself. When you stop in don't forget to take Tati's zumba class on Friday nights and Saturday afternoons I burn anywhere from 500-800 cals a class with her and her routines are so much fun! Oh! And they have a little mini shop when you walk in with items to help you get through your workout. I thought that was cool and I am a regular at the pre-workout fridge as the products they sell are the best I've had. read more

Never have I ever been so insulted. My daughter informed us that she was put on timeout and when we called to inquire about it, we were told, "How dare you believe a 3 year old." "You should ask what happened before you make an accusation." Kelly Claxton is very rude and condescending and even told my husband and I how to parent. When my husband says he wants to speak to the owner she said she will do so with the police present, insinuating volatile behavior. Been waiting for months, but it's going to be added soon, so I'm excited. And that they'd add another laying leg press machine, its very popular and hard to get ahold of since at the times I can go, someone's always using it. Bad Business and customer service !!! I tried to cancel my membership 6 months ago and they talked me into freezing in for 6 months. I was a day late in canceling the membership and they charged for an entire month !!! I am unable to use it for personal reason and they never even notified me that it was go active again. Bad business and customer service. I'll never rejoin Body Plex again for that reason!!!! read more

I like the gym, only complaint are the hours . I feel they need longer hours . At least 11pm weekday M-F and 9-10on weekends. That would be really helpful to those with really busy schedules . I sometimes can't make it until later. Please consider it or allowing 24hr gym like some others . read more

I joined several months ago and I love this place. The staff is friendly and knew me by name the second time I walked in the door. The equipment in new and clean! The mornings are always busy and the classes look like fun. I've used the weights, machines and worked with a trainer. This is a very well run facility. read more

Nice gym, BUT... We're very hesitant to bring my child back to the kidsplex at this gym. It seems every time, without fail, my child is sick the following days. We've witnessed staff allow my child to put another's pacifier in their mouth and gave us the wrong sippy cup to take home. It does not seem like the area is sanitized, much like you'd expect the workout equipment to be. Children who exhibit symptoms of being sick should not be allowed to stay. When signed up, we were told staff would notify us if there is a dirty diaper. This has not happened. Almost half of the time my child has been picked up dirty. read more

Very nice gym! No matter your fitness level, there's something to help you meet your goals. I currently use the services of a Brad, a Personal Trainer, and train with Grind, a CrossFit type training and I'm stronger and more fit than I've been in a long time. read more

I am thinking about joining this gym because my current gym is filthy. My concern that is keeping me from joining is how loud the music is. I used my 3 day pass and went during the day when it was pretty slow and the music was so loud I thought to myself I don't think I can come here because of this. I'm 61 and very active and healthy but seriously? We don't all want to listen to headache inducing music cranked up to level 10. I hope they come to realize this issue and find a solution for all. read more
