This place is more than fitness. It's family! When I started almost 3 years ago, I had never touched a barbell. The Fundamentals Program does a great job building a foundation for safety and growth. The coaches are experts at scaling any workout to challenge you at your current fitness level. The gym has a ton of space and plenty of equipment that is well maintained. The programming cycles include a lot of variety in movement and always have a specific focus in mind. This is a great place to grow and get fit!

As a long time pilates student, I have had several instructors and Erin has…read morebeen the best ever! 2 important points: 1) I was in a pretty severe car accident and she was so great during that time. I took initial time off to rest and heal but when it was time to reengage my body I realized that it was going to be a LOT harder than I thought. I was so frustrated, at first. Erin remained patient with me and really worked with me to address the concerns I had about re-injuring myself but still wanting to make progress. She helped me emotionally and physically. 2) Pre-natal! When I found out I was pregnant, I was really excited but worried about how I was going to be able to keep up with pilates. I had severe lower back/sciatic nerve pain throughout the pregnancy (plus lingering injury from previous car accident!) and she helped me modify every exercise to fit my needs. She even did research outside of our appointments into various exercises and ways to keep me comfortable while moving forward. Erin's encouragement, patience, discipline, experience and kindness are above and beyond what you will find in any instructor. She is a diamond and I am lucky that I found her! I've been taking Pilates for 8-9 years now and I've worked with a number of different instructors. Working with Erin has been great. I've added strength and flexibility. She's also helped me recover from some sporting injuries. I appreciate that over the 4-5 years working with her, as my instructor, that she has continued to study and add to her knowledge and skill. I've seen her work wonders with many people that previously had injuries or physical limitations that needed rehabilitation or special care. She's simply exceptional. Kristen, Brian (owner), and Becky are SUPER supportive with teaching proper form and the right amount of weight to start off with. I'm on my 2nd week, so far three classs under my belt, and I look forward to getting back into the gym with my workout group. I already know a bunch of people and they're super newbie friendly. I'm training for a triathlon at the end of May, and this is going to get me into the best shape of my life I am sure about that. It will also keep my physician happy about getting my BP under control and some other vitals. I read somewhere that we lose about 10% of our muscle every decade... that ends today. Love this place.

Full disclosure -- it may be a conflict of interest but my personal trainer is also my husband Edit 7/2026: I recently got an assessment with the owner Brian and it was fantastic! I have had some wrist issues and he was able to assess the problem in so much more detail than the physical therapist that I had been seeing for weeks.
