The facility was spotless, following Covid guidelines, had sanitizing stations set up and plenty of machines to work out on. Hannah Layman gave me my tour and answered all of my questions with friendliness and professionalism. She is spectacular and PF is lucky to have her. The tanning beds and message chairs were NICEEEE. I was not expecting that at all. Bathrooms were spotless. Free lockers outside the restroom area (score)! I travel the world for my career and have high expectations with gyms. To say I was blown away by this facility is an understatement. For those of you that are worried about working out and scared of being judged... This is a place for you! It is a judgment free zone and I saw that with my own eyes. There are members of ALL fitness levels and that is celebrated in this gym. You will be supported! I HIGHLY recommended this gym. This particular one is now my ultimate favorite. The layout is fantastic. You don't feel like you're on top of other people. They have an entire room for dumbbells away from the racks and machines. There's a natural flow in how the machines are laid out that match the muscle groups you are training. Plenty of various cardio machines downstairs and spread around upstairs. The stretch and abs section has its own spacious area as well. The gym was clean and I never had to go searching for paper towels. Looking forward to coming back when I'm back in town.

I have never seen such a concentration of high caliber staff in any gym (or just about any other kind of business). It really is amazing. The staff is always on the floor. They engage with the members every day. If you are there working out, you WILL have a positive interaction with the staff. Everything from a passing fist-bump to words of encouragement, or a meaningful conversation. 24e is not just a place you go to work out. It is difficult to find the right word to describe the environment thee staff have created.

I've received phone calls and text messages from the GM and personal trainer to sign up for their "personalized trainers" that cost well above $200+ a month. They tried to psychologically manipulate me into joining their training program by asking intensive borderline therapy intake questions. They also failed to explained the contract terms upon signing up and only had me "sign a few boxes." | attempted to resolve the issue face to face with the general manager but he became defensive. If you sign up with this gym be prepared to be haggled and request to have the fine print printed out and explained to you! UPDATE: Orlando Perez III, regional manager, reached out to me and was very pleasant, caring, and helpful. He actively listened and didn't just listen to respond. He was very quick to resolve the issues I experienced. He took into consideration of my experiences and is motivated to make changes. He has shown great leadership skills and professionalism. We loved the back section, which had an enormous TRX/turf area with free weights, functional fitness equipment and heavy bags. At $15 for a two day pass, it was an absolute steal!
