They've recently introduced loyalty cards so that instead of paying an already reasonable £6 for a proper clean, you get the card stamped and onlly pay £5. Then after 4 washes you pay £4. For £1 you can get your tyres blackened too, and a full valet (inside and out) costs just £15. The guys are friendly, speedy and efficient, and if you go enough times and smile lots, sometimes, just sometimes, they'll give you a free strawberry air freshener. You'll recognise this place by the blatantly ripped of picture of Spongebob (or maybe SpongeRob for copyright purposes?) on all the signs.

When I was ready to leave I reached to get my sat nav out of glove box (for directions to my next destination) and it was gone! I only had it in my hand 15 minutes earlier. Had to get police involved because it couldn't be sorted out. Very very disappointed and sad realisation how little you can trust people nowadays. First and last time I'll be using a car wash garage. To top it off.. I paid for the service AND tipped ! None of which was offered back to me. Would like to hear if anyone else has had a similar experience. I intend to pursue a claim.

I went along with my pa to get his newish car washed and, for little more than the price of a thirty-second car-wash machine in a petrol/service station, the fellas at Adel Hand Car Wash spend at least ten minutes treating your car with love and attention, the end result being a automobile that sparkles but is not scratched or dulled in anyway. Seriously, these guys could write the book on car-cleaning.

I often feel that my car isn't particularly clean after using the mechinical car wash machines. Located on the main road Adel Hand Car Wash is very easy to just pull into for a quick polishing up stop! You can't the miss the place! It is an old petrol garage with the roof still attached with about 5 or 6 staff ready and raring to clean. Staff aren't overly friendly however they do a brilliant job from just £5 for a small car and £7.50 for a large. I garuntee it will be a better clean than your local esso will offer! The brilliant thing about Adel's is that you can specify to the staff what needs extra cleaning attention! The venue is located about ten mins drive out the city center so if you are located centrally it is a little way out but if you like a sparkling and presentable car this is your place for a real clean.
