It's always a little nerve wrecking going to a new barbershop. My son's hair texture is quite thick and curly. Getting a fade right on his head isn't always easy. However, we lucked up on our first visit. Adam cut my son's hair. He was friendly and polite. Listened to what my son wanted and provided excellent service. My son's haircut was definitely one of the better ones he has received from barbershops in the area. Adam takes his time and does a great job at blending, taper cuts and fades. He works well with my son's hair and also seems to have a steady amount of regulars. That says quite a bit for a small barbershop in the crossroads area. On any given day they may 2-4 barbers on site. We stick with Adam bc he definitely does it right. The shop is always clean and they do take walk ins. Most often we aren't waiting too long. If you're looking for a trusted barber and need a fade, a taper cut or any other kind of- highly recommend Adam. He's great with textured hair especially. read more

I've been going here for 5 yrs. or so, and have been very happy every time except perhaps for once when the guy simply was not very communicative regarding what I wanted with the haircut. If you are looking for a top-quality barber at a fraction of the price, these people will get your hair right. If their prices increased to $50 per haircut I would probably still go to them. However, they charge $25 and I tip generously as I should. Everybody who works here will spend as much time as they can on your hair. Have been going here every month for the past year. The experience has been ok except the last time. They had a new guy this time. The guy was super rough in handling the hairs. His clipper kept pulling my hair off. Inspite of me telling several times, he kept pulling the hair off using the same clipper. When he used the trimmer for removing the smaller hairs off edges, the trimmer caused several cuts in my skin. To add to this when I got home I realized the hair-cut was not proper and the edges were not smooth. They just lost a long time customer. Would never go there again! read more

with only few places are open on Sunday afternoon, I had no choice but to go here (and it seemed pretty decent from the yelp reviews). All I was looking for was hair "touchup" and a beard trim - I ended up with the WORST beard trim EVER and a very mediocre haircut touchup (worst part about hair is that he couldn't style it !!) fairly priced cuts for a barbershop. and it's nice that they take walk ins as well. those are the biggest pluses. the downside is the haircuts feel rushed so the fade i got wasn't very even and by 5th day i could notice how uneven my hair was growing. i'm sure this is in part that they don't shampoo/wash your hair before or after cutting due to covid so it's hard to gauge but if you're in a bind it's a good spot to stop at - but if you got time and a bit more money there's better out there. read more

Walked in on New Years to get a hair cut. Asked for a medium skin fade and a little off the top, I had 3 inches of hair on top. Ended up with a high n tight military cut. No fade. Worst hair cut I have ever received this lady does not know how to while I was getting my butchered hair cut by this lady faced away from the mirror so i couldn't see. I was speaking to a male barber who looked like he was cutting hair like a pro, ex military pretty nice guy as well. Careful who you hire it will ruin business. read more

Don't be fooled by the pics. I asked for an undercut, short on the sides and keep the length on the top, which is the definition of undercut. I am not sure what the lady heard, but she ended up just cutting my hair super short all around. And the service was horrible, she did not even offer to take my glasses off for me, which so far all the places have offered to do. read more

Came for a beard trim and haircut. I have a medium length beard. The barber cut away more of my beard than I was comfortable with, didn't follow my neckline correctly (they cut WAY above the Adam's apple), the cheek lines are not symmetrical, and then the cheek lines were cut too low. On my haircut they did a good job, but didn't style my hair - just sent me on my way half with my hair all over the place. I wouldn't recommend coming here for anything beard related, they don't know how to trim a beard. read more

Friday lunchtime, had a 10min wait. World cup was on the two TVs, something to pass the time away during the short wait and while in the chair. Haircut was perfect and given with a soft hand. I have been coming here for a few months now. Don't let the cheesy posters and child's toys fool you. This place is legit. I can't comment on the other people, but if you need any kind of men's haircut, Emad is your guy. There is usually a wait for him so call in advance so you don't end up waiting around like I did the first time. The haircuts have always been consistent and I will be definitely be coming back. Prices are better than what you would pay elsewhere. It is located near GameStop in the Crossroads shopping plaza. If you do need to wait, there is a food court and places to hang out in the plaza. He used to work in Redmond but switched to this place at Crossroads. He was all about telling me about his "Sasson" training, yet we somehow failed to communicate on the desired haircut. It didn't help that he had me sit facing *away* from any mirrors during much of my haircut. (I forget his name but his chair was all the way in the back.) Guys that look like they got a cut yesterday will wait 30 or 40 minutes to sit in his chair to get their fade refreshed. And I'm not judging mind you, I'll sit and wait along with them. He's good. Jackie and Emad run a nice shop, sometimes busy, sometimes quiet. They keep good up to date men's magazines in the shop (because you don't really want to buy GQ from the news stand but you want to read it, right?). They've got two TVs and there's always something good on though even watching Family Feud is fun with those two. There are some other good barber shops in the Crossroads area but Jackie and Emad are like family, why go anywhere else? read more

I'm very particular about how I get my hair cut. When I was in Japan for 12 years I visited less than 5 barbers - and stuck with the exact same person for 6 years. After moving back stateside, one of my worries was in regards to me finding someone I could trust to cut my hair the way I liked. Yelp! told me that CRBS was the best place near where I lived, so I checked them out. Reggie cut my hair the first time, and I was pretty happy. During my next visit, Reggie was doing cutting someone else, and I was in a rush, so I went with the new guy, Marco. Nothing against Reggie at all, but Marco is THE MAN. He did the blends the way I like, and actually did a better job than my previous barber of 6 years, shaping it in a way that made my morning styling much easier. I come in once every 3-4 weeks and always make sure he's available before making the drive. Everyone there is super friendly. It's very relaxed, not loud, and the barbers / stylists there take what they do very seriously. If you're looking for a great place to get a simple haircut, you can't do better than here. read more

The staffs here are patient to suit the needs for a kid and complete the job to our satisfaction. . I took my father and my son there today and neither of them are happy with their haircuts. My father got a flat top that is not flat and my son's hair was cut WAY shorter than he wanted and he told her several times he wanted it long on top, she just wouldn't stop cutting. My son's hair was cut by the gal at the station by the door with a pic of her dog hanging from the mirror, I am not sure she has full grasp of the English language and I can only surmise that she didn't understand or that she didn't listen. Alright, quick and dirty. If you like your hair short you will be hard pressed to find a better cut on the eastside. There are 4 barbers now; 2 female and 2 male. They can all cut your hair expertly. It's the only place I know around here where I can go in and have anyone in the shop cut my hair, and know that it will come out right. The atmosphere is, to be honest, lame. It's family friendly, but it's not a barber shop as you would normally think of a barber shop. No respectable barber shop would have a poster of Justin Beiber on the walls...oh god I think I just threw up a little in my mouth... Anyway, it's a bit pricey, but the cuts are razor sharp. There are no massages, no straight razor neck shaves, the shop looks like hell and I kind of take offense to the barber shop name, whatever. The hours on top are incorrect. The opening time is 10 AM for weekdays. The barbers here (two of them women) are slow with their hands but provide good haircuts in a polite fashion. Prices are reasonable ($2 more than the nearby Bel-Red Barbers) and the service is good. You might not have to wait at all if you arrive at certain hours on the weekdays. Of course, it is not a salon, just a barber shop: so it's just men and boys. Sometimes there is a bit of a language barrier with the lady barbers but overall I've had pleasant experiences. read more
