I should have taken that as a sign already but since i read a previous review that seemed promising enough for the alterations, i thought it couldnt hurt. Boy was i wrong! I gave the man who worked the tailor section 2 simple hem jobs to do for the length of my dresses. These dresses were one of a kind and i should have invested more moeny in a different place!! This man decided to cut the lining of the dress the appropriate length but then the top layer of the actual dress was at least 2 inches shorter!!! So you can see the lining and it looks awful. I should have tried it on before i paid him and left because i would have refused to pay him. It was only 25$ total for both dresses so i thought it was worth it. Now i know better! Terribly unprofessional setting for his business as well since the dressing room for fitting was this tiny closet that was part of his nook. He also did not seem to speak any english but i didnt think that would have been a problem. Biggest mistake ever coming here!!!

Don't be like me and try to pay or look at the machine for coin slots. You can use your credit card, smart device, cash to add credit to the payment card that actually talks to the machines. They won't come looking for you to tell you, otherwise. There are various size machines. The larger ones are pricier. The smaller ones are towards the front. Pay attention to the diagram of where the detergent, softener, and bleach go - via the box on the top. The cycles went pretty quickly. 18 min to wash, 35 min to dry ($2.93 per dryer cycle). I spent a total of 75minutes with the wash, dry, and folding. This Laundromat also has drop off service. They have a clean restroom and free WIFI. It's next door to a Dollar Tree, if you're in the mood to shop for...school supplies, maybe. The Laundromat is on the outside corner of a small strip mall, and there is plenty of parking around it. Now that I've been here, I would use it, if I needed it.

They do charge extra per piece if the garment has a label that says it's a special fabric like silk or linen but hey, if you're paying good money for your clothing, you want your dry cleaner to pay attention and take extra care, so I'm all good with that. They also launcher and press your big linens, which is a great service because right now. I am showing my house for sale and it always looks Pinterest. Perfect when I put pressed sheets and pillowcases on the bed, it's worth a few extra dollars. The turnaround time is quick and I get a text message letting me know my order is ready and available for pick up.

I put my laundry in the machines and a customer walked up to me and asked for the bathroom. I told her I don't work here, but the lady went into the back room. The customer rang the bell and waited. She finally left and the attendant came out like 20 minutes later. I needed more coins, so I went to the ATM and then to the change machine,the attendant came out of the office and stood and stared at me again. It was very uncomfortable for me.
