If you're a runner they do have a small pathway within the community which is about 0.56 meters in length, I would run for miles around it which was convenient because I didn't have to drive anywhere for a run. When it came to maintenance, they were pretty on point with getting stuff done and if you felt like things weren't being done management is super friendly and can answer any questions or settle any worries. The gym is pretty nice but it's missing the one thing almost every apartment gym is missing, a free bar and squat rack. Regardless, it's one of the better gyms for sure. The pool is very nice, though I never used it but hearing from others, it was nice. They have 2 different package rooms, depending on where you live you're assigned to one, my suggestion is for them to have it maintained semi-regularly because .. it needs it for sure. Lastly, huge shout out to the staff, Michelle (both of them), Leslie, Jasmin, Natalie they're all awesome and was probably the highlight of my living experience.

The food court isn't big, but has the requisite variety of choices. Curiously, there's a sheriff's office inside the mall. "Is there a lot of crime here?" I asked the officer on duty. The larger building at the north has pizza, CBD, hair salon and cleaners. The larger building at the south has TJ Maxx, Home Goods, Staples and such. Outbuildings include the oil change shop, a cell phone store, Chick-Fil-A and Bob Evans. The traffic light nearest to Costco isn't awesome and has a strange design. If you can exit to the south/east, you'll be better off. There is a lot of traffic here and many hidden spots. The rest of the store is similar to others with electronics, housewares, home and office, kitchenware and personal care. The pharmacy has been written over to CVS who operate it as a separate business inside the store. At 9am on a Saturday, the checkout had enough registers open and the self-checkout. They say there are 75-90 vendors in there. To me, it is just a big store with a very wide variety of merchandise. From the outside, it looked a little dated. But once you step inside, it is awesome. I bought a dress, two pair of pants and a sweater here. There was a guy who was assisting me and I don't remember his name. He was helpful without being pushy and that is always appreciated by me. The quality of the clothes is pretty good. The prices are mostly pretty fair. I did notice a run in the pants I bought after I got home of course. They would gladly return or exchange them but I live too far away. I will get them altered near home. I just wish The Franklin Shops had a location near where I live. They have some fun and unique merch. The environment is pretty groovy too.
