There is an entrance to the north at Top Golf Way that has a traffic light and an entrance to the south at Dani Drive that does not have a light but does have a cut through the median to reach the southbound roadway. The building closer to the road on the left side has a Wendy's with a drive through, nail salon, medical office and an ice cream shop. On the right side, a breakfast restaurant https://www.yelp.com/biz/kekes-breakfast-cafe-fort-myers-2?hrid=vUyNeGhruIi78LqdafqwxQ, bicycle shop and a Smoothie King. Between them is an EV charging station, https://www.yelp.com/biz/fpl-evolution-fort-myers?hrid=GNQr6YPJfuKhgEjac0wp9Q. The building to the rear is anchored by a Publix supermarket, liquor store, nail salon, hair salon, Chinese restaurant and more. The parking lot is in excellent condition with lots of landscaping for shade. Remember, it's gonna get hot here in Southwest Florida! I enjoyed my visit here. Twice! Overall I'd say this is a great place to live. You are in an area that is super convenient when it…read morecomes to grocery shopping, working out, dog grooming, dental offices, clothes shopping etc etc and it's all within walking distance. If you're a runner they do have a small pathway within the community which is about 0.56 meters in length, I would run for miles around it which was convenient because I didn't have to drive anywhere for a run. When it came to maintenance, they were pretty on point with getting stuff done and if you felt like things weren't being done management is super friendly and can answer any questions or settle any worries. The gym is pretty nice but it's missing the one thing almost every apartment gym is missing, a free bar and squat rack. Regardless, it's one of the better gyms for sure. The pool is very nice, though I never used it but hearing from others, it was nice. They have 2 different package rooms, depending on where you live you're assigned to one, my suggestion is for them to have it maintained semi-regularly because .. it needs it for sure. Lastly, huge shout out to the staff, Michelle (both of them), Leslie, Jasmin, Natalie they're all awesome and was probably the highlight of my living experience.

Merchandise is scattered around the floor & shelves look like a tornado has gone through the store - and each one of these operations in Lee County is maintained with the same disregard for sanitation. I suppose they will continue to do well because there will always be a lot of people who are willing to put up with the appearance of these shops in order to buy things for $1.25. No one can be blamed for looking for a good value, but whoever owns these properties Just seems to have a complete disregard for the appearance of these places or maybe they've tried in the past and just decided it's not worth it customers throw junk on the floor. I recently returned from a trip to Oceanside California and had to get a few things that had been confiscated by the airport Security folks. by comparison, the store in Oceanside, California could be compared to any Publix or other shop where people would enjoy spending a few minutes to pick up simple supplies. That description cannot be applied to any of these in Lee County.
