Parking is good with enough so that the tenants with more customers are a bit spread out. Good lighting but the landscaping can block some view from the street so be aware. There is easy entrance from Cape Coral from the west but from the east, you will be crossing three lanes of traffic. There is no easy way to get out and be headed west without a u-turn. If you're headed north on Santa Barbara, make the turn and enter from Veterans even though you'll be driving a bit out of your way. It is a clean and open shopping center with some low landscaping and also tall palm trees. There is lighting throughout. The entrance at the east side is closest to Publix so expect some unprepared and unaware drives to go past the supermarket faster than they should and not stopping for pedestrians. Starbucks, Chipotle and Lenny's Sub Shop cover the "food" end of the spectrum. Nails and eyebrows and hair shops too. There is plenty of parking. It is set back from Del Prado a little bit and access to Veterans Memorial Parkway is easy enough.

This outlet is what I call 'terrible-good'. One one side, it's pretty terrible, but in other ways…read moreit's pretty freaking good. Allow me to explain. I believe this is one of the older outlets in the area. It's set up in small sections and features probably two dozen or so stores. What's great about this place is that it's not busy at all. One of my least favorite things about outlet shopping is that there are always tons of people getting in your way, but not here. We came on a weekend and it was practically empty. No lines in any stores. Speaking of stores, some of them include: Gap, Adidas, Nike, Calvin Klein, Bath and Body Works, Coach, and Tommy Hilfiger. The outlet features pretty basic stores that you can find in any other mall or outlet in your neighborhood. If you're on vacation and don't have options and you need something, I'm sure you could find it here. It's small so you can get in and out in no time and since it's not busy that usually means you can get good deals. If you are on vacation you might as well stop by. If you're a local, you have tons of other options in your area so go there instead.
