I went in today with a friend and was there for over 3 1/2 hours. It took over 2 hours just to…read moreremove my old nails. By that point my friend's nails were already finished so she had to wait. The lady doing my nails kept getting up and walking off multiple times even though she needed to hurry since the store was closing. Another girl had to help her paint my nails to speed it up. The finished nails look pretty bad. They don't go all the way down to the bottom of my nail and there's a gap between my real nails and the fake ones. The nails also curve inward and the paint is chipping already.
