    We ordered a couch from Wayfair. That's a whole other review lol. RAS was supposed to deliver…read moreit this past Thursday April 23. They never showed up. Whole day wasted waiting on them to show up. The secretary called at the last second at the end of her day trying to reschedule. And she didn't even offer an explanation as to why the delivery wasn't made. We had a cell number for the truck. They kept sending it to voicemail. So frustrating!! Boyfriend took another day off Friday. He's scheduled for a heart procedure this week. And as the delivery was being made they wouldn't bring anything of those heavy boxes into the house. He was having to pull 10 boxes into the house with no help. I understand if the homeowner isn't home then yes leave it outside on the porch but if the homeowner says please help me get these boxes in then they should despite anything else. And I'm thinking about sending the hospital bills to RAS because I ended up taking bf to the hospital thinking he was having a heart attack. Just so pissed!!

    **Repeated Service Failures and Negligent Communication**…read more I am sharing this review due to an unacceptable delivery experience with R.A.S. (Roanoke, VA) regarding a large item delivery ordered through Wayfair. Primary Issues: Failure to Perform: Repeated "no-shows" occurred after we accommodated delivery windows outside of business hours (R.A.S should not be attempting delivery to businesses outside of 8am-5pm - they had offered as early as 7am and as late as an 8pm window!). On multiple occasions, our staff remained on-site for 3+ hours outside of normal operating hours, yet R.A.S. never arrived. Dishonest Reporting: Drivers logged "attempted delivery" while our office was staffed, watching and waiting for delivery. In one instance, a driver called asking if there was anyone available for a 1st floor delivery, despite us being a business suite with confirmed 2nd-floor delivery, then proceeded to say he'd be there in 5 minutes, never showed up, and falsely marked the item as delivered. Poor Communication: Their dispatch has no contact with delivery drivers, I have at minimum, 20 phone calls logged back and forth. They are supposed to call the night before with a delivery window, or at least the next morning, and I only recall that happening maybe twice - all other times I had to call them to obtain, and often their voicemail was full (they close at 4pm also!). Their half-hour prior to arrival "notification" system consisted of calling and immediately hanging up, likely to falsely document a contact attempt. Even on delivery day - they were supposed to arrive in the afternoon but called at 9:15am and hung up. Thankfully we recognized this pattern, immediately called the number back and got them to deliver. R.A.S. demonstrated a complete lack of professional accountability and logistical competence. I strongly advise against using their services.
