I called them yesterday and spoke with a woman who said I was in luck because she just had a cancellation for today at noon. We talked about my dog being 16 years old and she was very reassuring about how she would take care of her in the grooming. I got here today (to Kingston) and when I got on the phone to figure out how to get in they told me they didn't have me on the schedule and would never schedule a grooming with a 16year old dog. thanks a bunch! I arranged my days schedule around this and because of their incompetence have wasted my time. Would NOT recommend this place. My dog came here years ago (in Kingston) and it was fine but this was just really poor treatment.

They do such a fabulous job. Recently I took my three dogs for grooming. One dog had a cancerous tumor on the dew claw. They were so kind, wonderful and gentle with her. When they were finished she looked great. My Pom looked like an overgrown Chia pet. When they were finished, she was so adorable. And then there was my third dog who I rescued from the streets of Trenton 6 years ago. My Nieces call her "The street Rat" She looked so beautiful when they were finished. I can't say enough wonderful things about them. Their salon is adorable and cozy. All I can say is "Try them, you won't go anywhere else"
