I refer all my clients to Bubbles Away Pet Salon. They are the best!!! The staff is super friendly and super experienced. I would not trust my dogs with any other person. They do such a fabulous job. Recently I took my three dogs for grooming. One dog had a cancerous tumor on the dew claw. They were so kind, wonderful and gentle with her. When they were finished she looked great. My Pom looked like an overgrown Chia pet. When they were finished, she was so adorable. And then there was my third dog who I rescued from the streets of Trenton 6 years ago. My Nieces call her "The street Rat" She looked so beautiful when they were finished. I can't say enough wonderful things about them. Their salon is adorable and cozy. Very bad service, I gave clear instructions NOT to cut the hair on my dogs tail especially the ends and hair on his ear. When I went to pick up they had done exactly that, the lady who took my dog failed to pass on the instructions to the groomer. Laynie did an amazing job grooming my sheltie, Toby. For those of you who have shelties or other long haired breeds, you know it's not easy to groom them. I also am extremely picky with how Toby is cut. He has had some poor haircuts (not from Bubbles Away) so I was nervous dropping him off with a new person. I explained how I prefer him to be cut and was pleasantly surprised when I picked him up! Laynie truly did a fantastic job and I'm highly impressed with my dog's cut. We will be back for Laynie for sure! read more

After taking our dog Bailey to Bubbles Away for nearly 8 years, we were told that Marla, the groomer who took care of Bailey since he was a puppy, was no longer working there. Our last appointment there was in September 2017. While we were disappointed, given the comfort level Marla provided to us and Bailey, we took the opportunity to look for a new groomer closer to our home (the ride was about 20 minutes). While we found a groomer closer to home, on a whim, my wife and I thought it would be nice to call over to Bubbles Away to make an appointment, even though Marla doesn't work there anymore. When Shannon returned my phone call, she told me that "they weren't comfortable taking Bailey back" for grooming. While it's their prerogative to deny service to a customer, it's pretty strange. They can excuse their actions away however they want, but I'm just putting it out there so that people are aware. read more

When I called to complain they said, "sorry , but you're more than willing to go to other groomers." awful customer service. please do not send your sweet pets to this place. Your pets are like your children and trying to find someone who will love them as much as you do can be quite a challenge. Milo and I absolutely LOVE Bubbles Away! Eric was the first to groom him and this afternoon Donny groomed him. I can't say enough about the salon and the wonderful humans that work there. We have a 10 month old Bernedoodle and she can be quite a handful with her outgoing personality and excitability. This grooming appointment was wonderful from start to finish. All staff was kind and compassionate and extremely willing to help. While Lucy did require a bit of extra help to be groomed effectively, she left the salon looking amazing and seemed comfortable with the staff. This should be a -50. My friend got her dog cut here. Two infected ears later and huge Northstar bill and worst cut I have ever seen. Later. Owner asked what do you want me to do. Want your money back? She was shocked at her nasty, not taking any responsibility behavior. Yes. Guess what. The owner told her to "get out and don't come back". Negative not only for the WORST GROOMING I ever saw. But also for her shameful pompous behavior. read more

Dasher is a Malshi and he is all white. As cute as he is, he needs a nice eash and cut and I cannot say enough about my first meeting with Bubbles Away. Shannon has taken care of our dog widget since he was a puppy. They always take very good care of him on haircuts and bathing.

Was dog sitting for the day, and the little rascal needed a haircut, so I offered to find a groomer so that he could get a trim. Bubbles Away came up in my Yelp search, so I called and was lucky enough that they had an opening for my furry friend to get coiffed up. We got there, and the front desk had some of the nicest people ever. When the kids and I came back for pickup, little guy had a bandana on and had a great cut. Will definitely bring him back here any time he's in our care and needs a cut. read more

Took my chihuahua here for nail clipping and teeth cleaning$20 for both. And they don't just clip the nails they also smooth them out so they aren't left with jagged edges. The nice lady also buffed our dog's pads. Even though she only got those 2 services done they put a little bow in her hair and sprayed her with really, really good smelling doggie cologne! They are very friendly here! I'm glad I finally found a nice place for my chihuahua!! read more

Pet owners beware: Choose your groomers wisely. BUBBLES AWAY is extremely overpriced and leaves a lot to be desired with which their business operates. After taking my two golden retriever dogs there 4 times each time being charged a different rate for the same service . This time I was charged an even more ludicrous price- $95 PER dog. They explained to me that their prices do fluctuate and based on the amount of hair that had to be taken off was reason for my "fluctuating price." Guess what. You lost a customer with multiple dogs. Your prices shouldn't fluctuate and you should do right by the customer. We will be returning to our old groomer who doesn't crate and spends more than 1 hour grooming each dog. Groomer Has It in Marlboro. Worth the drive and we only pay $140 for BOTH dogs. I don't know where a groomer in this area comes off charging $95 for ANY breed. read more

My boyfriend and I recently rescued a dog and she desperately needed a bath and her nails clipped. We contacted Bubbles Away and was easily able to make an appointment for the following day. The atmosphere was very warm, welcoming and easy going. The salon as well as the groomer, set us at ease, making us feel confident that our dog would be in great care. We left her and came back finding her the most enthusiastic as we have ever seen her. Her coat was so white and she looked so adorable with the two bows on each ear and a festive bandana setting the mood for the holidays. I used the mobile service but since there isn't a separate account I will review on here. Jane has been grooming my dogs for a number of years and I wouldn't dream of calling anyone else. My dogs go in a hairy mess, and come out looking adorable and smelling great. Jane is very meticulous and is always aware of how the dog is tolerating the experience. If they need a minute, she gives it to them. She comes to my house with her son, and with two people grooming at the same time, it goes much faster. They are both very friendly and personable and I have a great time talking to them while they are grooming. I can't imagine anyone doing a better job and don't even want to try! read more
