The manager did me a…read morefavor the afternoon of the Apr 8th total eclipse in Barton, VT when the town was very crowded with out-of-town eclipse viewers and the only two public restrooms available in the town center were both overrun with 40-50 people waiting in line. I'm older and need more frequent "pit stops", can't help it, due to medications I'm on - it can lead to embarrassing situations. I was getting desperate when I walked into O'Reilly Auto Parts. He could've easily said "no, sorry, no restroom" since there was no reason they would be expected to allow anyone to use their non-public staff restroom but he was gracious & treated me with dignity, made an exception and allowed me to use their facility. Thank you sir, it may seem like a small thing, but at that time it meant a lot to me. I was then able to enjoy the "once in a lifetime" (for me) total eclipse with family members because of that. Next time I'm in Barton I'll make sure to stock up on parts there at the Barton O'Reilly AP. Good people there in the Northeast Kingdom of VT.

I called anyway on the off chance that a miracle could occur for us. It did. Scott answered and was clearly there to help. When he found out where we were located, he told us to just come by, he'll wait. Not only did he wait for us but helped us evaluate and brainstorm a solution.
