Thieves! Our semi truck had 2 flat tires so our drivers called this roadside company to come bring 2 tires and put them on They showed up put on 2 tires and called us asking for almost 3 grand which we answered no and called them a ripoff as they are So they decided to remove the tires that they put on and also stole both sets of our wheels and took off! Don't use these thieves for any road calls! We have them on cameras and we are filing reports with Vermont police read more

I cannot thank TDI enough for helping us today! We were stuck in the I-93 at the limit of the New Hampshire since 6:30am saturday morning. We called CAA (because we are from Canada) they refer us to AAA and nobody can help us (they can't find someone to get us out of the Interstate. We made about a 100 calls in the day (AAA, road assistance with our RV insurance, car rental service and more. Finally we called 911, they said, you can't stay there, you are in a danger zone. But nobody want to help us. We were desesperated and we were figuring to stay the night in the motorhome on the side of the road. Fortunately for us, a men stopped and make some call (he's a truck driver, so he called some contact). He called TDI Repair for us. The employee of TDI was in his day off, when he received the call from the dispatch, saying that some peoples we're in trouble, he decides to take the call with his son. Finally, we will have help. He drove 2-1/2 hours to reach us, called us 3 time during his travel, give us the delay to be at our place and asked if we are still safe, lift the motorhome, have to removed the driving shaft with a beginning of rain. Ben (the trucker) goes to store and bring us coffees and sandwich, than he waits with us until the towing arrives. He brings two of us with him, drove more than 2 hours and then return home 3 hours away. Joe (TDI towing's driver and his son) did a great job, they take care of us (like if we were friends or family). The company was ready to accomadate us, if we need to be located in an hotel. For chance, someone from Canada is in the way to bring us at home. As you can see, we were having a very bad day and theses 3 peoples made a real difference for us. We want to make a BIG BIG thanks to TDI, Joe and Dylan (towing) and Ben (the men who stop to help us). Excuse my english (my first language is French). So i give a A1++++++ service to TDI and theirs employees. We will be gratefull to them forever. read more

If you have a wreck or require any form of recovery for heavy truck / trailers, do not use TDI Repair & Towing. They will find anyway to charge the cost of a new trailer (40K-60K) to recover a tractor and trailer and will hold any equipment hostage until you wire transfer the amount in full. Someone needs to inform the police of this malpractice so TDI is no longer the first call. read more

My car broke down Saturday night and I had a hard time finding a shop that would do the repair on the weekend. After calling a few places this one picked up they came in 45mi towed my car to their shop and next day Sunday morning my car was ready! I was on my way to jay peak to deliver a load for the car show I had a blow out pas side rear outer tire made it to rest area on 89 north bound mile marker 104.4 they are located 9 miles from that location I asked for 2 drive tires when Rick who was as professional as they come was pleased with him he showed with one steer tire I called and spoke to Sharon and was told it would be another 1 1/2 hours to get back to me if I wanted a drive tire and now this tire was going to be almost triple the price I had already waited 2 hrs 15 mins Long story short one tire cost me more than the price of the two I was originally Quoted when I delivered to my customer They said they had experience the same thing they are a large tent company that is located 3 miles from TDI they goto the next town over to purchase their tires read more

Kudos Kudos Kudos Saturday evening (19:00 hrs) TDI picked us (my wife and I) up on I 89 two miles from the Canadian Border after a run in with a deer. Got us (and our newly out of commission ride) safe and sound back to Montreal in short order for a very fair price. Extra praise to your driver Adam - Clients in shock may not be the best to deal with. Your driver Adam made the ride back to Mtl as good as any therapy session - what a bonus. I called TDI while vacationing in Vermont to get a diagnosis and repair for the Onan generator in my motorhome. We arrived late on Friday afternoon and they quickly diagnosed the problem as a failed starter on the generator. They ordered the new starter and installed it when it was delivered the following Wednesday. These guys dropped everything that they were doing to help us. Not only that, but they ordered the new starter without asking for a deposit or payment. I give high praise to this family owned company that takes pride in providing service to customers. I was not a repeat customer and likely will not be in Vermont again for a while, so to provide this level of service to a complete stranger is to be commended. Thank you!! read more

Unfortunetly I broke down in VT. Our road assist dept contacted TDI and they sent a tech to the truck stop I was parked. In the process of trying to locate the air leak the tech dropped my side skirt / pannel on to the ground and this badly scratch the paint in four corners. eventually the truck had to be taken to TDI shop. Everyone that worked there were very nice and helpful. The facility was not very user friendly. I showed the damage to more then one of the associates and asked them to please document the damage on invoice do to my lease being up soon. The bill was paid which there were labor charges I should have not been charged but it is what is. The damage was NOT listed on the invoice as I requested. I have left several messages with NO reply. If you go to TDI or towed by them please note they do not respect your machine and if they damage it they will not communicate after the bill is paid. read more

My car developed an ominous squeal in the brakes while I was visiting St. Albans. TDI not only was able to get me in within an hour or so the same day I called, they looked at my car and did the rotor and pad work within an hour! Besides the great work on super short notice, the whole staff was really friendly and the lead mechanic, Aaron, was so thorough in asking me questions about the vehicle problem, and in explaining what he found and why the car was acting the way it was.
