I had a wonderful experience with Crouse Body Shop from start to finish. I needed some work done on my car after an accident. They got me in right away, worked closely with my insurance, and I got daily texts with the updated status of my car, whether or not they were on track, and when I could expect to pick it up. Chad contacted me personally when I had a question about some of the work. When I went to pick it up, the car looked beautiful and they had done detailing inside of the car...which let me tell you, was a job in and of itself after having toddler smeared pop tarts and fruit roll ups tucked into nooks and crannies. I hope I don't have to get any more body work done, but if I do I'll definitely be coming here. read more

NOT RECOMMENDED Charged almost $200.00 to tow a vehicle about 5 minutes! Absolutely unbelievable! Refused to offer a more reasonable price. Flatly stated "that was their price" and simply did not care how it affected their customer. STAY AWAY OR BE READY TO PAY!!! read more

A local Warsaw native suggested I try Crouse's for body work on my car after a minor accident. They were friendly when I called, and friendly when I got there. I had damage to the lock mechanism of the rear of a Subaru wagon, which prevented it from locking. The nice service guy asked if I was concerned with appearance or just wanted it to lock. Really, I just want it to lock. He got a hammer and a mallet, took apart the back panel and pounded it out until the lock was cleared. I was super surprised when he did not charge me!! He even gave me a general estimate on rust repairs (more than I paid for the car!!). I am SO happy I asked a long time resident where to go in Warsaw! Crouse's friendly and helpful staff has won my business. The experience certainly was a bright spot in my week. read more

Asked about damage that was not on Quote If you don't meet there Criteria They don't even ask you if you would like to pay out of pocket to get certain things to fix. Its like once they got the checks they dont give a damn . I gave them my number and wifes # in case but whole time they messaged her. But i was the one asking ?s But no reply! And got no where when asked. There was spots on tailgate that had paint chips from the accident that i asked insurance about no touch up paint just send it out! Over all bad Communication but most of the repairs was great! read more

Car was Impacted in the front. But with GM shutdown I drop for another 28,900 miles before they were able to get it in and repair. Took a week. Very happy with that. Paint from bumper to fenders matched 80% But the bumper being plastic and the fender being metal. I didn't expect a perfect match. Also being pearl white. Went to pick it up. And it being only 1 year old car. Everything is suppose to be replaced with new parts. For some reason they replaced my condenser and radiator. Yet I drove 28,900 miles with no problems and the crash hit the impact bar that protects all this..... And with both them replaced. if they were damaged. How did it miss the intercooler radiator for the turbo. So there is a scam. Then they overfilled the coolant to were the overflow tube was working. They left the hinge for the hood bent. And I confronted them. They went to the back and the guy just looked at it for 5 mins and brought the car back around. All is shown on my dashcam. Never removed the extra coolant or fixed the hinge. Then looking at the paperwork it says the coolant radiator is AM. meaning aftermarket the front desk guy says. So I look at the radiator. It has marker marks on it from being a takeout on a wrecked car. Putting 2018 Malibu 1.5L on it. markings that junkyards put on them when they do takeout's for inventory. a radiator that never had problems got replaced with a junk yard one. 2 months now and no problems with there work as in paint screws coming loose exc. But I would not go back again. They did more then they needed in a scamming way. And didn't do things that were right in there face. read more

I've taken my vehicles to Crouse for several years. Quality of work is outstanding. The service is always timely and professional. I recently had to take my daughters Buick after a fender bender which happened to be during the GM strike. This made GM parts hard to come by. I was told a lengthy wait for this repair....2-3 weeks. Within days Crouse called me said "bring it in we found parts somewhere else". Her car was repaired a day before her return home for fall break from Purdue and it came in $100 under estimated cost and was swept cleaned. I have nothing negative to to say...GREAT JOB read more

We had the displeasure of dealing with the owner Roger this past Sunday while we were picking up my daughters car that was towed illegally. He was rude, and arrogant. Who charges $120 for an in town tow that has only been there for under 9 hours? He does. Save yourself and others money when using a local tow service, go anywhere else but here. I hope I or any of my close family & friends don't have to encounter him or his business again in the future. read more
