They dealt with the insurance company, which was a promising idea because when I was trying to deal with them it was, well, let's say heated. Auto Insurance Companies would prefer you go to junkyards for replacement parts, even though my car was only 7 months old, and Automotive Unlimited obviously takes pride in their work and helped inform the Insurance Company that wasn't going to happen. They were good with updates on parts with the supply chain issues because of the pandemic. Getting the estimate was so thorough, explaining what would need to be replaced, taking a lot of photos, and informing me of the areas they weren't sure of until they pulled damaged parts off to see what needed to be done that we couldn't see. The safety sensors work perfectly again, which is a relief. I'll just say I didn't expect the process to go so smoothly after I spent a few weeks working with the insurance company. It was a relief and seriously, their work is excellent and they made the experience easy. I trust them completely.

They charged him for an alignment and tires. That snowballed into more issues and his car vibrating when it was driven. He tried to fix those issues himself to save some money but it still didn't fix it. Then on a Wednesday he set a 9am appointment for a Saturday. Over a 45 minute drive over and they said they needed a 6 hour wait time just to look at his car, not fix it. So what was the appointment for? They blew smoke up our butts trying to say what the issue was and upsell more services without having looked at the car just to turn us away. All that for a local shop to get us in for a $42 fix. Of course they can't work miracles to make your glass completely like new but you can see the before and after pictures. Replacing a windshield is costly and also a pain so if i can fix it instead I would take that option. In and out in 40 minutes for this complex windshield repair. I hope I don't have to use their services in the future but with the roads in Indiana I'm glad this is an option
