While traveling around the country in our 45 foot Newmar motorhome, we discovered that our front end had been hammered out of alignment by all of the potholes along the northern state highways. While visiting the Newmar factory, we explained our dilemma to the staff and they recommended Mast Service Center. We called them and explained that we were on the road and needed a front end alignment and or repairs and they made arrangements to get us in immediately. They did a thorough inspection of the motorhome, found numerous damaged parts, emailed us a detailed inspection report which included photographs as well as descriptions and estimates for the cost of each item that they found needing attention. Because we live full-time in our motorhome, they worked with us doing work on the coach all day long and releasing the coach to drive back to the Hoffman Lakes RV park each evening. We did this for several days as they completed repairs, and obtained the parts necessary for the repairs. We spoke with our service rep, Jalynn, several times a day as he called us to keep us posted on progress. At the end of the repair, when it was time to pay the bill, we found that the final bill was very close to the estimate that we had approved prior to any work being done. Now, having driven the motorhome for two full driving days, I can see that there is a huge improvement in the handling of the motorhome, and we are very happy with the work that we had done at Mast Service Center. My truck is a 1979 Ford F250, and I was on a long drive from California to Maine. I was moving cross country and chose to drive rather than ship the truck due to cost. Years ago, I stopped driving the truck so it was in storage for about eight years. Due to some moves, I did not have a proper place to go through the truck prior to such a long drive, other than an oil change and a quick look over, I hit the road. I lost a front wheel bearing, and that took out by locking hub and my brakes overheated. I made it to the side of the road and got the phone out and found (Mast Service Center). I called them up and told them what was going on, and I also asked if they could give me the number of a tow truck. The gave me the number and I got my truck towed in less then thirty minutes. When I got the it was 4:40pm and they close at 5pm, so I knew it would not be fixed that day. The guys at Mast are fantastic. They let me wash up in the shop from getting dirty on the road, and help me with accommodation for the night. They even loaned me a car. The next day the got my truck on the rack before 9am, and they knew what they needed in under and hour. they ordered the parts and the parts got to the shop by 1:30pm. I asked what time they thought the truck would be on the road again and they said around 3pm. I thought that was optimistic yet the truck was off the lift by 3pm, and I was back on the road. Thanks from the bottom of my heart!!! I was stuck and they came through in a though spot for me. I have a 2018 F350, 6.7 diesel it's not always easy to get someone to work on the big diesel pickups. I transport Fifth wheel campers to the west coast, when I need to get it serviced or repaired, I need it ASAP, Mast does a great job of getting me in as fast as possible, and so far have done a great job of repairing it. I have had some shops in the area that did more damage than good. Not Mast, I will be using them for most of my service from now on. read more

I absolutely love Mast. My family and I have been going there for years and they always treat us right. They only tell us the repairs that are needed and tell us if it is ACTUALLY worth fixing or not. I live in Indianapolis, but still drive up to Mast for anything outside of a normal oil change. Seven years ago, after some shady dealings with a well known local repair center, I picked a name out of the phone book and ended up with Mast service center. I went in and told them my problem and told them I was looking for honesty above anything else and they have certainly provided that. What I was told was going to be a 2500 dollar repair, was taken care of by Mast for under 300 dollars. My vehicle is now over 270,000 miles down the road and I have Mast to thank for that. I am always impressed with the repairs and service I receive. They are always up front about cost and the customer service staff treat me like extended family.
