We were struggling to find a photographer with exactly what we wanted, and for a decent price. We…read moredidn't want or need an engagement session or an album, but every other person we interviewed, it came with all of that in their package and was EXPENSIVE!! Then we found Larry...his a la carte package was perfect for us. We received two DVDs with over 900 photos from the wedding day. Many portraits and candids...which we love! We hired him for 10 hours and he was perfect. He also brought a sidekick which provided us with many of the candid shots. Larry was very professional and fun the entire day. He is not at all pushy or rude, but just the opposite. From the first moment in meeting Larry, you feel comfortable and he's all ready coming up with ideas for the area you're getting married! Our church was in Broad Ripple, so he came up with many places for us to go get great pics with our wedding party. He is very patient. We had straggling grandparents and hyper children, but he remained calm and got the job done. He even kept the ring bearer under control better than his own father! This was my first visit to a Picture People in over 15 years. I use to work at the former location…read morein Greenwood. This location in buybuy Baby is just one photo studio and then their lab. But they were pumping people thur every 20 minutes. I had purchased a package from Groupon for my sons Easter pictures. Since it was also his 10 month photos the photographer took some pictures on a plain white background and the rest on a blue and green background. She took multiple pictures of each pose so we had plenty of options. My son is pretty iffy when it comes to haven his pictures taken even though we have had them done every month since birth. She tried to make him smile. Between her and my husband jumping up and down in the background it worked. After all the pictures were taken she downloaded them to the computer and we choose the pictures we liked for out package. He did not pressure us to buy addition sheets or anything. He asked if we wanted anything else and when I said no he moved on. That is a big deal for me. They said it would be about an hour for our prints to be ready so we went to lunch and they were ready we I went back in to get them. We were happy with everything and will be back for more pictures!

Development looked pretty good, but maybe a little brighter/whiter than it should have been (I'm artist in demeanor and see these things). Sales associate did a pretty good job of letting me know the deals that were available and options I had. She cropped a couple pictures on the spot, listened to what it was that I wanted to purchase and easy as that she selected what to be printed. One ABOVE AND BEYOND thing that was done for me... It had been raining that day, and upon purchase of my pictures and carefully placing them in my cart, I didn't realize until walking out of the store that some pictures had gotten wet in the cart... At first I was devastated and thought I'd give it a chance and ask if they could help me out... and they were SO GENEROUS to reprint the damaged pictures for me!! HOW GREAT!!!!!!!!! QUICK AND EASY, have to LOVE that!!! I DO recommend that you make an appointment, especially around the holidays. Also, DO look online for coupons prior to going.
