Our company provided each guest with three drink tickets, and many attendees -- including ourselves -- happily purchased additional drinks beyond that. Unfortunately, our experience with most of the bartenders was disappointing. We visited two different bar stations, and several bartenders came across as rude or uninterested, almost as if serving guests was an inconvenience. This stood out especially since the event was a large private rental, and guests were continuing to spend money throughout the evening. That said, one bartender truly made a positive impression -- Analilia. She was friendly, welcoming, and had an amazing attitude that completely changed the experience at her bar. She provided the level of service you would expect at a venue of this caliber. Despite the inconsistent service, we still enjoyed the event overall thanks to the atmosphere, food, and entertainment. I hope management recognizes team members like Analilia and works to ensure a more consistently positive guest experience across all bar stations in the future.

We drove out, paid for parking, and walked up expecting to grab dinner and watch the Mexico World Cup match, only to be told at the door that they had "just started charging admission for the Mexico games." Mind you, we came to Texas Live to see Mexico vs S Korea, USA vs AUS, USA vs HERZ, and were not charged. Seriously? If you're going to change your policy and charge people just to enter your venue to eat and watch a game, the least you can do is make that crystal clear before people spend money on parking. It was not on their website so this is UNACCEPTABLE! AND why just the Mexico games? I'd say that was predatory at the least. If it was solely about safety, let who arrives be served, but you took advantage and cost us $ AND inconvenience. DO BETTER!

Not only is there a whole dedicated dance floor but tons of pool tables, arcade games, and even a full indoor rodeo arena for live bull riding! I was misled and thought there was a mechanical bull.. there is not unfortunately but there is like a fake bull you can pay and take photos with. We happened to walk in right in the middle of a line-dancing class, which was super fun to watch! It's pretty amazing how quickly the dancers, both men and women, picked up the steps and choreography. They were all super good! Afterwards, it transitioned into open floor dancing, which was equally entertaining in my opinion! As a first-timer, it was a total blast and it's easy to see why it's such an iconic tourist destination. We didn't end up eating here since we had just grabbed dinner at Cattlemen's nearby, but the BBQ and other food options here didn't look super appetizing. Still, for drinks, dancing, and authentic Texas atmosphere, it's a must-visit when you're in the Stockyards!

We visited "Jerry's box," (named after owner Jerry Jones), located on the prime 50-yard line. We also visited the locker rooms of both the Dallas Cowboys and the Cheerleaders. This venue can expand to accommodate 100,000, and features a retractable roof. Sadly, the football field was under construction for the 2026 FIFA World Cup matches. On this tour, we also had the chance to meet Jerry Jones via an interactive experience (the newest tour attraction). There were a bunch of Cowboys fans in our tour group, proudly wearing their merch. Another guy boldly wore a Washington Redskins Jersey and was called out on it. Yes, sound check was amazing and being up close was a cool experience, however, it was challenging to see the ends of the very long stage, and there were times we couldn't see several members. They also had a bunch of games prior to the actual game as well. I was not on a good level of alcohol but everyone had so much grace to just let me have a good time evenhough I was from another team. There were staff members present, but it seemed like merchandise lines, VIP lines, and general admission lines were all mixed together and going in different directions. Many attendees were frustrated and confused while trying to figure out where they needed to go. There needs to be better organization, clearer signage, and improved crowd management protocols. Overall, the entry process was very chaotic and made navigating the venue unnecessarily difficult.

I liked that they had Kona on draft, I could get two beers here for the price of one at a MLB stadium. The bar on the 3rd base side weirdly didn't have any draft beer. Each section on has about 8-10 rows in, so no bad seats really. We came the second day of the season and was surprised that the restrooms weren't very clean, all the sanitation bins were full - which didn't make sense. The stadium also had a fishy smell to it which I didn't notice to begin with but about half way through I couldn't not smell it! Most fridays if not all are fireworks and they let you sit on the grass - nice little display with a good view. Would come back again, hopefully they sort the smell and cleanliness issues out. Got a first time certificate but they don't have any stickers or buttons - they did have some in the store but wanted $5 for a small button! Game times tend to run longer than MLB, it was about a 3hr game.
