The guy who works behind the counter on Saturdays is extremely friendly and enjoyable to talk to. A bit of a hike from the Kasilof campground, but definitely worth stopping to grab some extra brewskis before your beach adventure.

The owner was very friendly and did a fantastic job of setting me up with a rental car. The car was very clean and the rate he gave me was better than any of the major car rental agencies in Alaska. He was very efficient in doing the paperwork. When I getting ready to leave, I said now all I need to do is find me a place to stay. And he says "Are you familiar with VRBO's", I said I was and you know what, he also had VRBO's to rent. So I rented a 2 bedroom unit from him. The unit was a 2 bedroom, freshly painted unit, very nicely furnished unit at a very reasonable rate.
