I paid them to do a pre-purchase inspection on the car that I ultimately bought. They identified a…read morelow speed engine misfire but did not advise me that I should get it checked out further. They said it could be a bad coil or wire but they acted like it wasn't a bid deal. If they would have advised me to check it out before I bought it, I would have, after all, they are the professionals and I paid them to professionally guide me to give me enough information to make an informed decision. Turns out it was a burnt valve that will cost 2000 to fix. When I called them to complain, the boss named Steve said it was my responsibility to ask them to check out the engine misfire. What an awful service and my advice is to RUN away from these people.
