Placed 4 large orders as I was stocking up supplies to provide a day of pampering for chronic kidney disease patients and their caregivers at our dialysis treatment center my husband is a patient at for the holidays. Paid and even paid for expedited shipping on 2 of the orders. We were very excited for this miracle as I was beginning to think I wouldn't be able to get enough supplies to make it a reality. Well after 24 hours of not getting a tracking number for any of the orders I reached out to the company. They were extremely rude claim. Ingredients that they had no online store and that I was lying. Even after sending them screenshots of my confirmation of successful order with their online address and store name on it I was told I was a liar and told to leave them alone they had no online store. Even after I showed my bank statement I was called a liar and to leave them alone they had no online store. But immediately after sendin g my order documents AGAIN and being called a liar again I received a text from their online store that they said didn't exist saying I received a partial refund for my orders. And quickly changed their site to under construction. Ever received any items or the remainder of refund. They did all this because they didn't want to honor my large orders at the prices they had advertised and allowed me to purchase. So now I have had to postpone the day of pampering I wanted to give to these people who are already going through so much in their illness a day of health and beauty for Christmas.. Even with them knowing what the items were for they didn't care and continued to refuse me service or proper treatment!!!! I wish I didn't have to even put 1 star! m

I waited just over 2 hours...2 whole hours. I had an appt. I arrived ON TIME, and yet i waited 2 hours! I was able to watch a whole full length movie on their projector screen while waiting. I was in disbelief that a business would be so disrespectful to their NEW client. I actually ended up leaving. I couldn't take it anymore. The owner MUST make some changes if she wants to retain clients. I also noticed some MAJOR haircare no no's that would make me never come back.
