We are extremely disappointed with the level of service and communication we have received. Your team stated that the job at one of our offices was completed; however, it has now been a week and we have yet to receive any updates or completion photos despite calling daily. Each time we reach out, we are given delays with no clear resolution. Additionally, after attempting to address this directly, Erica disconnected the call and has since stopped responding. I would highly recommend this company for electrical needs. My experience with the company, was my mother's home which was built almost 60 years ago, and the breaker box we were concerned, was failing and needed to be replaced. Their technician came out check the box, check the voltages and discovered that the box was not the problem. It was the stove had a short in it. He said your breaker box is fine, but you're gonna need to get a new stove because it's broken. He spent 30 minutes there checking all the stuff and even with us saying we wanted to pay him for his time he refused saying it was just an estimate and he didn't need any payment. Moved to Beaumont recently and have had quite a bit of electrical work done. After a poor experience with another company, we called Crown Electric. Could not be happier with their service and responsiveness. Always on time and their rates are great. Our plumbers were out today to install a tankless water heater, after having a gas-line and meter installed. We weren't told that we needed an outlet, as the igniter plugs into the wall. Erica at Crown bent over backwards to help get someone out right away. This is how everyone we have dealt with at Crown Electric has been. Highly recommend! read more

We did a fairly extensive remodel on an older 2 story home which presented some challenging problems. They did an awesome job. I also have had them respond on an American Home Shield repair and they were very prompt in coming out and fixing the problem. Back in April, we went through American Home Shield to have some of our electrical looked at. They sent our claim to Crown Electric. Initially we had some issues- mainly communication. Our claim wasn't even put through to AHS until a month later by the original tech who came out. I had called every week for nearly a month to get some sort of answer/resolution out of Crown to no avail. FINALLY, after my 4th week of calling I was rescheduled for someone to come out and reevaluate. Ryan was here for nearly 2 hours troubleshooting until he finally found the root of our electrical issue. Although the communication from the office is subpar, Ryan did a fantastic job, had a great personality and helped us understand the issue! I probably wouldn't call them outside of my home warranty, but they finally did a good job! read more

Very poor customer work. I wouldn't even give a 1 star but it was the lowest I could give. An electrician came to our house close to dark, advised us it was getting to dark to do any work. He stated someone would be back on Monday. After waiting all day , no one ever showed. I called the following Tuesday and was told he shouldn't have told us this , because it has to be scheduled. I was informed he did make out a report and they would check with home warranty to see if it was covered. I told the lady, I'm not sure what he is reporting because he did NOTHING. No help from the company, 2 weeks later, after they received payment for going out and supposedly "diagnosing " the problem, they still have not resolved the problem. I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone. Poor service, deceitful work, and rude people in the office. read more
